Nowadays,the fire rescue department national wide is putting effort on developing an intelligent fire protection system,which is an overall,systematic and strategic project,in order to start a new chapter of information system construction for the fire rescue department.This paper is a research that focus on the fire supervision and management under the intelligent fire protection system.The main goal of the research is to improve the efficiency of fire supervision and management,create a new pattern of intelligent fire supervision and management as well as to improve the convenience of the unit’s fire safety management operation process.By selecting the Microsoft Visual Studio as the integrated development environment and adopting layered design principle,the system is developed under the C/S framework and using C++ language.This fire supervision system can be used by key fire control units and fire control supervision departments.Through the system requirement analysis,function design and implementation,the system,to some extent,is advanced and innovative.By using the Internet of Things technology,the system unifies the fire supervision and management function of fire control supervision departments,the fire management function of the main fire control units as well as the remote monitoring function of fire facilities and equipment in one terminal.The system covers six functional modules: basic system information,fire safety management,fire equipment management,fire water source monitoring,fire supervision and fire alarm information process.The basic system information module divides users into three levels:the super administrator,administrators and users.The super administrator has the highest authority that can set the administrators’ account.Users’ registration is reviewed by administrators.Administrators directly set users’ account and assign it to corresponding units based on users’ submitted information.This module realizes the management of system users.The system carries out fire management in a static and dynamic way.Under the fire safety management module,there are sub modules of unit information,fire safety management regulation and law enforcement records.The fire administration and law enforcement department may view the static fire safety management documents.In addition,the remote operation and task management sub modules are designed in the fire supervision module to realize the dynamic management of the daily fire inspection of the supervised unit.The modules of fire equipment management and fire water source monitoring are designed.Unit users and administrative law enforcement departments can jointly manage it.In the fire equipment management module,the sensor and communication software are used to set the equipment IP.The user can view and control the operation of different types of equipment in the control interface.In the waterproof source monitoring module,the interface form of the plan is adopted to present the unit’s fire water system.The user can see the operation of the water system on the plan and control the corresponding equipment on the plan.In the future,fire supervision and management will certainly requires more intelligent and scientific works,and intelligent technology will play more important role in assisting of fire protection in all aspects.Based on the overall framework of intelligent fire protection construction in Changsha,this paper present a designing idea of fire protection and fire prevention supervision system based on Internet of things technology,and the system can work with stability.The construction of this system provides a reference basis for the development of fire prevention and fire prevention supervision system under the later Internet of things technology.
