| Compared with the traditional cast-in-place building structure in my country,the prefabricated concrete structure has the advantages of high degree of industrialization,short construction period on site,and low dust and noise pollution,with the support of national policies,prefabricated buildings have become an important carrier of industrialized buildings.Relying on the size deviation distribution model of prefabricated components,I propose a new installation deviation calculation methodbased computer-aided Monte Carlo method.Taking the theory of dimension chain as the starting point and the coordination of building modules as the basis,the calculation of the installation tolerance of the fully assembled concrete structure is carried out.It is expected that it will have some practical significance to promote the development of prefabricated concrete buildings in Changsha.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)The dimensional chain theory of high-precision assembly in mechanical engineering is introduced,and a high-precision assembling method of dimension chain of prefabricated structure is put forward based on this as the starting point.The applicability of the extreme value method,the probability method and the computer-aided Monte Carlo method to the dimension chain of the fabricated structure is analyzed and compared with emphasis,the tolerance control and tolerance matching in the process of tolerance design are studied,and several common tolerance allocation methods are compared and analyzed.(2)Taking the dimensional deviation of components and installation deviation as the component ring and the closed ring,respectively,a dimensional chain for tolerance analysis of prefabricated structure is established.The correlation between the component size deviation and the installation deviation is verified by the calculation of the installation dimension chain of the walls,beams and columns.and the feasibility of the design of the PC component size tolerance system of the prefabricated building is also proved.(3)Taking a dormitory building in Changsha as an example,based on the dimension chain theory,computer-aided Monte Carlo method is used to analyze the installation tolerance.Firstly,the spatial modulus grid of the structure is determined,and then the components are divided into reasonable dimensions to form a three-dimensional dimension chain in the plane and height directions of the structure,the joint deviation of the structure is calculated by MATLAB,and the installation guarantee rate of the prefabricated concrete structure is analyzed,which provides a method for the determination of joint deviation of components and the control of component installation tolerance in the future;the MATLAB software for solving the dimension chain of assembly structure by Monte Carlo method is written. |
