| Glass fiber reinforced composite plate has been gradually applied to the gate plate components in hydraulic engineering because of the advantages of light,high strength and durability.The gate plate and related metal components are connected to each other to form an integral component.Generally,rubber layer connection,bolt connection and mixed connection are used.The mixed connection of metal member and GFRP plate is the connection of different materials,that is,there are glue layer connection and bolt connection,the force is relatively complex,and there are many influencing factors of composite composite composite joint,there is no literature on the influence of relevant influencing factors on the tensile performance of GFRP plate and steel double lap mixed joint gives a complete conclusion.Therefore,the research on this aspect can provide theoretical reference for a large number of future engineering applications.On the basis of the existing researches on bonding and bolting,this paper aimed at the double lap joint of glass fiber reinforced composite plate and steel plate,studied the factors affecting the tensile properties of the joint and analyzed the influence mechanism through the method of combining test and finite element analysis.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the relevant standard design specifications of composite adhesive layer connection and mechanical connection and the existing literature on the design of composite composite composite joint,this paper completed the design of GFRP plate and steel double lap hybrid joint,completed a series of GFRP plate and steel plate different connection modes,bolt number,GFRP plate thickness tensile tests.The load displacement curve,failure mode and strain distribution under each working condition were obtained,and then the influence of connection mode,bolt number and GFRP plate thickness on the tensile performance of the joint and the failure mechanism of the joint were given.(2)On the basis of the experimental study,the finite element calculation of three kinds of connection modes of GFRP plate-steel plate,adhesive layer connection,bolt connection and mixed connection was carried out by ANSYS finite element software,and compared with the test,the stress variation law of GFRP plate,steel plate and bolt in the process of joint failure was obtained.The influence laws of connection mode,bolt number,GFRP plate thickness and other parameters on the tensile properties of hybrid joints were formed.(3)The finite element analysis of the influence of bolt material,friction coefficient and preload on the tensile properties of hybrid joint is completed.The stress variation law of GFRP plate,steel plate and bolt in the failure process of joint is given.The influence law of bolt material,friction coefficient and preload on the tensile properties of hybrid joint is analyzed. |
