Study On The Impact Of Double Points Policy On Innovation Performance Of New Energy Vehicle Industry

Nowadays,energy saving and emission reduction has become a worldwide research theme under the influence of serious environmental damage and energy crisis.Many countries around the world are trying to reduce the consumption of motor vehicles,carbon emissions,and actively promote the development of new energy vehicles.China also attaches great importance to energy saving and emission reduction,and has adjusted the layout of the new energy vehicle market in a standardized manner,at which time the "double points" policy came into being,and traditional car companies must comply with the production requirements by producing new energy vehicles.This series of policies and market initiatives have accelerated the transformation of the traditional auto market into the new energy vehicle market.Although the new energy vehicle industry is developing rapidly,China still uses fossil energy as the main source of energy for production activities,and there is a question mark whether the new energy vehicle industry can really be recognized by customers.This paper combines the development profile of Chinese local new energy vehicle enterprises,the crisis they face and the current situation of the company development with a basic sorting out,selecting 18 domestic listed new energy companies as research samples,taking BYD as a specific case,eliminating the seasonality of the collected data to reflect the reliability of the results,choosing the grey correlation analysis(GRA)method for evaluation,and from different perspectives Malmquist index model was used to systematically analyze the domestic listed new energy vehicle companies from the perspective of innovation performance,so as to propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Then,the basic process of breakpoint regression is summarized from the research about breakpoint regression theory.When conducting the breakpoint regression,the data sources,sample selection,selection and construction of variables,model setting,and analysis results and interpretation need to be detailed,and finally,the impact of the double credit policy on the innovation performance of new energy vehicle companies is analyzed from the breakpoint regression.The results show that the overall innovation performance of Chinese local new energy vehicle enterprises from 2014-2021 has reached DEA relatively effective,the overall innovation performance of Chinese local new energy vehicle enterprises is better,and the double points policy promulgated in 2018 has a significant impact on the innovation performance of Chinese local new energy vehicle enterprises,forming an upward breakpoint.This paper provides new evidence on whether the double points policy promotes the innovation performance of new energy vehicle enterprises,and at the same time.it also provides new ideas and decision basis for the government to promote the development of new energy vehicles.
