New energy vehicles are the future development direction of the automobile industry.In the past few decades,with the strong support of government policies,China's new energy automobile industry has developed rapidly.As the government's consumption subsidies for new energy vehicles will decline in 2020,the growth rate of production and sales of new energy vehicles are declining significantly.This article is mainly divided into two parts.First,based on the background of the "double credit" policy,considering the R & D technology spillover rate and other factors,the government financial subsidy policy is divided into a consumer-oriented consumer subsidy policy,a supply-oriented R& D subsidy policy,and two types of subsidies.The combination policy strategy used by the policy at the same time,using game theory to establish the government's implementation of the monetary and fiscal policy completely regressed,"double credit" policy + fiscal consumption subsidy policy,"double credit" policy + financial research and development subsidy policy and "double points" policy + New energy vehicle supply chain decision model under four scenarios of fiscal portfolio subsidy policy.Under the background of the "double credit" policy,with the goal of market promotion and technological research and development of new energy vehicles,the fiscal subsidy policy should be completely retreated.Then according to the actual subsidy situation of China's new energy vehicle industry,the Nash bargaining game model and the game model are used to build a three-stage game model composed of consumers,new energy vehicle manufacturers and battery suppliers,which has an impact on the system.Analyze the balanced factors and put forward suggestions to optimize the subsidy policy.The results of the study show that the development of China's new energy vehicle industry is still immature,and the technology still needs to be developed.The government's financial subsidy policy for the new energy vehicle industry is retained,and the new energy vehicle supply side is the main target of subsidies,focusing on new energy vehicles.Technological progress and development are more conducive to realizing the benign development of the industry chain;whether it is the implementation of consumer subsidy policies or research and development subsidy policies,it can benefit all members of the new energy vehicle industry chain;compared to investing a lot of money in the marketconsumer,investing funds in technology research and development will help improve the technical level of the new energy vehicle industry.
