At present,a new round of scientific and technological revolution is driving the comprehensive reconstruction of the automobile industry,and many changes are coming one after another: China’s automobile market has ended its rapid growth stage and the competition has become increasingly fierce;The boundary of the automobile industry is constantly expanding,and the United Lian Heng is splendid;The automobile energy revolution continues to deepen,the automobile interconnection revolution and intelligent revolution are in the ascendant,and the sudden COVID-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges and opportunities to the automobile industry.Under the background of the new era,all automobile enterprises,including multinational giants,must implement targeted all-round changes to adapt to the brand-new competitive situation.As the vanguard of China’s independent brand automobile enterprises,Geely Automobile’s internationalization strategy is worth learning and thinking from other automobile enterprises in China.This paper uses PEST and Porter’s Five Forces Model to study the external environment of Chinese automobile enterprises,combines the relevant theories of strategic management,and uses 5P model tools to analyze the internationalization strategy of Geely Group,and puts forward five opinions on the internationalization strategy of Chinese automobile enterprises: first,carry out all-round and subversive system innovation;Second,the future automobile products must be combined with soft and hard;Third,strategic cooperation with enterprises such as the Internet and artificial intelligence;Fourth,create a high-quality user experience for smart cars;Fifth,implement the new localization strategy.The new four modernizations of automobile are the general trend of industrial development.Chinese automobile enterprises should re-examine their own development strategies,development paths and practical measures with systematic and forward-looking innovative thinking,so as to effectively cope with challenges and seize opportunities.
