With the development of global economy,most of enterprises chose the internationalized development path.The independent brand automobile enterprises in our country also explore the international market actively,expand the international market share,gradually explore internationalized development path.Internationalized operation is the necessary way to become a strong automotive country.Meanwhile,it is the only way to strengthen automotive companies.During the period of 12th 5year plan,the internationalized operation of automotive industry faces the unprecedented opportunity,and globalization will become the main rhythm of the future automotive developing trend.However,as to China's independent brand cars behind achieving sales and market share growth,some objective problems still can not be ignored.For example,there are so many exporters,the order is complex;The lack of core technology,the lack of after-sales service;International environment is complex,multiple protection,etc.How can Independent brand automobile enterprises in China improve their own strength,improve the international competitiveness,to actively explore the internationalization road is the problem urgently need to be discussed.This paper firstly discusses the selected topic background,research significance,research method,content and technology roadmap.Then the paper reviews the theory of internationalization strategy,and defines the related concepts,theory of international strategy and independent brand automobile enterprise internationalization strategy research were summarized.On the basis of summing up the basic types of enterprise internationalization strategy,And then,the paper mainly takes Chery company as a sample to describle its present situation of internationalization,and analizes its environment of internationalization,and then explore the key problems of its target market,martet entry pattern and problems of internationlizaton process,moreover optimize the internationalization strategies of Chery company.lastly,the paper gives the conclusion and expectation.This paper takes Chery as a sample to make an analysis,the conclusion will be useful to guide independence brand automobile companies with an important siganifcance.this paper gives Chery a theory which guides Chery' internationalization strategies,and help Chery understand the international market and internationalization strategies deeply,avoid the blindness.This paper gives other independance brand automobile companies a strategic reference in future internationlization strategies.
