In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s electrified rail transit,it has become an important development direction to realize the energy saving and speed improvement of rail transit.As the core equipment of electrified rail transit,the lightweight and miniaturization of on-board electrical equipment has become a research hotspot.The miniaturization and lightweight of on-board electrical equipment will help to save the space inside the train,and it is of great significance for the energy saving and speed increase of electrified railway.At present,miniaturization and lightweight are the main development direction of electrified railway onboard electrical equipment.However,the reduction of the volume of electrical equipment will lead to the enhancement of mutual interference between components,affecting the normal operation of equipment.Therefore,trying eliminate the electromagnetic interference between components of miniaturized equipment,improving the electromagnetic compatibility of on-board electrical equipment will greatly promote the development of miniaturized on-board electrical equipment.At the same time,the noise of vehicle electrical equipment has gradually become the focus of scientific research.Too much noise of on-board electrical equipment will greatly reduce passengers’ ride experience,and even pose a threat to passengers’ health.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the operation noise of on-board electrical equipment and propose corresponding vibration and noise reduction methods for the development of vehicle-mounted electrical equipment.The main work of this paper is to design a new type of six-channel segmented smoothing reactor,which integrates six reactors into one,reduces the volume,weight and occupation area of the reactor,and improves the power density of the reactor.Finite element simulation software is used to establish the simulation model of the new type reactor,and the static and transient magnetic field simulation is carried out,and the coil self-inductance,mutual inductance,current,force on each part and magnetic field distribution of the reactor are simulated and analyzed,and the structure is optimized.Then using the harmonic response module and acoustic module of the multi-physical field simulation software,the vibration and noise of new type reactor are simulated and analyzed,and the method of vibration and noise reduction of the reactor is proposed.This article firstly established the original simulation model of the six-channel reactor by using the finite element simulation software,and the static magnetic field simulation of the model is carried out,and the inductance matrix of each coil is obtained.The cause of excessive mutual inductance between coils and the influencing factors of mutual inductance are analyzed,and the suppression method of mutual inductance between coils of six-channel reactor is proposed.The original model of six-channel reactor is improved,and the basic structure of the new type reactor with segmented core and high permeability manganese-zinc ferrite shielding plate is designed.Then,the transient magnetic field simulation of 75 k W charging and discharging,360 k W charging and discharging in normal operation of the new type reactor is carried out,and the optimization design is carried out by adjusting the structure parameters of the reactor under the condition of ensuring the self-inductance and mutual inductance of the reactor.Then the special operating states of the new type reactor is simulated when one coil fault,two coil failure or excitation phase sequence change occurs,and compared with the normal operating state.Finally,the mechanism of noise generated during reactor operation is summarized.The electromagnetic simulation results of reactor during normal operation are introduced into the multi-physical field simulation software.The vibration and noise simulation of new type reactor under different operating states is carried out respectively,whether the noise exceeds the standard is analyzed,and the research on vibration and noise reduction of electrical equipment is summarized.It is proposed that the operation noise of the reactor can be effectively reduced by installing hard rubber cushion blocks between the shielding plates of the reactor and between the shielding plates and the iron core.The simulation model of new type reactor with cushion blocks is established and compared to verify the effectiveness of the vibration and noise reduction method.
