| In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of urbanization,road traffic congestion has become more and more serious.In order to effectively alleviate the problem of traffic congestion,it is urgent to carry out scientific and rational planning of urban traffic conditions.The value of travel time is an important part to be considered in macro traffic planning modeling,which directly affects the validity and accuracy of the traffic model;it is also the basis for analyzing traveler behavior and predicting travel modes.Important basis for bus priority policy,bus pricing and congestion road pricing.First of all,this paper expounds the connotation,characteristics and influencing factors of value of travel time in detail,and compares and analyzes several commonly used value of travel time estimation methods.Considering that the disaggregated model has a wide range of applications and can consider the advantages of various factors affecting the value of travel time,this paper is based on this model.Secondly,to investigate the value of travel time of Chengdu citizens,the questionnaire adopts the orthogonal experiment design method,and the design includes eight factors,and three levels of SP investigation are set up for each factor.Since the MNL model has IIA characteristics,and the four transportation modes investigated in this paper have a certain correlation,the NL model is finally selected for calibration.The selection tree established by the model includes four modes of transportation: bus,subway,taxi and car.Considering the differences in the characteristics of these four common modes of transportation and the differences in service objects,the mode of transportation is divided into public transportation.There are two virtual selection branches with private transportation.Next,the selection probability of each transportation mode is given and the method of final coefficient calibration is described in detail.Finally,the parameters of value travel time under different scenarios are calibrated by Biogeme software.And analyzed the travel time value,the average value of travel time of Chengdu and the proportion of the accumulated travel time value under different scenarios.The research results show that:(1)Commuters,morning and evening rush hours,and highincome groups are more sensitive to travel time,and people are willing to spend more to reduce travel time,thereby creating more social value.(2)The value of travel time of private transportation is significantly higher than that of public transportation.Therefore,unless the speed,service level and convenience of public transportation are significantly improved,it is difficult for private transportation to transfer to public transportation,and traffic congestion will increase.getting more severe.(3)The average travel time value obtained from the survey is 30.18 yuan per hour,and the unit work travel time value in Chengdu is 33.38 yuan per hour.The ratio of the two is within a reasonable range,indicating that the results of this calibration are reasonable.(4)The cumulative travel time value shows that about 58% of the travelers have a time value lower than the average value,indicating that more citizens tend to choose the travel mode with lower cost.To sum up,according to the relevant laws of the value of travel time obtained through the survey,the transportation department can adjust the travel mode of travelers through the price lever,and adjust the travel structure of citizens to reduce urban traffic congestion. |
