Regional aviation has always been a vigorously developed civil transport aviation business in my country.As regional aviation is well known to the public,more and more passengers are willing to take economical regional aircraft for air travel,and the number of regional routes and regional civil aircraft has also increased year by year.increase.There are many key equipment in the cabin of regional civil aircraft,which are directly related to the passenger’s flying experience.However,according to the actual situation in the current regional civil aircraft,it is found that there are still many visual and human-machine relationship deficiencies in the cabin space.,these problems will directly affect the passenger experience,and then affect the development of regional aviation.Firstly,mainly from the perspective of industrial design,this paper firstly sorts out the relevant literature on aircraft cabin interior design and comfort at home and abroad,and summarizes the existing regional civil aircraft types through network data collection,and proposes some shortcomings of the existing research methods and directions of passenger interface,and the basic framework,research methods and design goals of this paper are clarified.Secondly,supported by the relevant theories of industrial design,the basic methods for the design of relevant equipment inside the cabin are summarized,and taking the user experience as the starting point,and according to the actual situation of the cabin,the research idea with human-machine interaction,color and culture as the main optimization points is established.In the research and analysis of the human-machine interaction,the method of on-the-spot observation and simulation analysis is mainly used to record and simulate the passenger’s boarding behavior,and the passenger’s behavior is divided into the pre-takeoff,in-flight,and landing stages with the boarding stage as the node.In the three different parts,we discuss the interaction between passengers and aircraft-related equipment in each part,and find out the existing problems that affect the passenger experience and summarize them.In the research and analysis of the color and culture,we introduce the theory of natural color system and combine the method of online questionnaire survey to summarize the visual color of the cabin that passengers think is better,and through the combination of regional cultural imagery,finally established a design method that takes the unique cultural elements of a certain region as the visual design source of the cabin interior and uses this to highlight the region and corporate culture,Finally,the pattern is used as a carrier to express the relevant imagery.Finally,based on the above research analysis and methods,this paper summarized and analyzes the existing shortcomings of the passenger interface in the cabin of regional civil aircraft,and formulates an optimization design strategy one by one.The optimization strategy is analyzed from the perspectives of seat,luggage and cabin space layout,which are most closely related to passengers,and the corresponding optimization plans are produced.Finally,the optimized design is evaluated through the human factors simulation software,and the rationality of the scheme is verified.
