| In recent years,China has put forward a series of measures to promote the optimal utilization of resources,accelerate energy saving and emission reduction,and achieve the goal of "double carbon",which has put forward new requirements for the development of our roads.Taking the Chengdu’s urban main line along the east-west direction project as the research background,the performance optimization of a large number of soft rock excavations at the construction site was carried out,and it was believed that the improved soil solidification agent can be used as a filler for road base.As a new building material,the research on construction specifications and quota indicators of soil solidification agents is not perfect.In addition,field construction conditions are difficult to meet the standardization and accuracy of laboratory tests.Based on the above issues,experimental section construction was carried out on the improved filling material,and further research was conducted on the application of improved weathered soft rock in road base.The main research content and conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)Based on the conclusions of indoor soil tests,three optimal improvement schemes were selected for the paving of the experimental section,and the construction process of the experimental section was studied.The improvement schemes were 4% LFJ,0.01CG+3%cement,and 5% HAS,respectively.During the construction process,water content,compaction,and deflection values are tested to further determine their technical operability and verify whether the engineering properties meet the requirements of the specifications.(2)On the premise that the engineering properties meet the road engineering specifications,based on the lime stabilized soil in the Sichuan Provincial Municipal Engineering List Pricing Quota Specification,adjust the labor cost,material cost,construction equipment usage cost,enterprise management cost,and profit in the standard quota.Based on the construction situation of the experimental section,determine the consumption of labor,materials,and machinery,calculate the pricing quotas for the three improvement schemes,and analyze and compare the cost indicators of the three different schemes.(3)Based on the quota consumption of labor,materials,and machinery,conduct research on the carbon emissions of labor,machinery,and materials during the construction of the experimental section.Use the mass balance method to calculate the carbon emission factor of soil solidification agents,list the carbon emissions of the roadbed reinforcement layer during the construction stage,and then use the IPCC carbon emission factor method to calculate the comprehensive carbon emissions per unit area.Compare the three schemes.(4)The construction quality inspection,quota comprehensive unit price,and carbon emissions during the construction process of the application of improved fillers in the roadbed reinforcement layer are the research objects.The Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to evaluate the plan.On this basis,we will delve into the main influencing factors of scheme evaluation,further design optimization schemes,and propose optimization suggestions. |
