Research On Construction Quality Management Of Biomass Thermoelectric Plant Construction Project In R City

In order to carry out the concept of green development and take the road of resource-saving and environment-friendly society,with the support of R municipal government,the biomass thermoelectric engineering project of R City has been started.At present,the project has been approved and is in the preparation stage.R city biomass thermal power project as a huge system engineering,it has a wide range,the tight,process complex,difficult work,work,crossover operation more complex aspects of characteristics,which makes the project quality management work more difficult,but the project construction unit due to insufficient quality management ability,have been unable to formulate a set of scientific and reasonable quality management plan,It is not conducive to the future quality management of the project.Therefore,this thesis selects the biomass thermal power plant construction project in R City as the research object to carry out research on its project quality management.Firstly,on the basis of brief introduction of the project,the influencing factors of its quality management are identified by using brainstorming method and Delphi method.Secondly,factors affecting identification results based on quality management,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)by constructing evaluation index system,calculation of index weight and level of steps,such as total sorts was evaluated,and affecting factors of project quality management according to the evaluation results,has been clear about the project quality management of construction units in the future,to provide direction for the establishment of project quality management plan;Thirdly,based on the evaluation results of project quality management factors,the project quality management scheme is formulated from five aspects,including construction personnel,construction machinery and equipment,construction raw materials,construction technology and construction environment.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the quality management scheme of the biomass thermal power plant construction project in R City,the project quality management guarantee measures are put forward from three perspectives,namely,personnel guarantee,fund management and system construction.Through the study,it is hoped to provide theoretical guidance for the quality management work of the construction unit of the biomass thermal power plant construction project in R City during the project construction phase,promote the completion of the project with quality and quantity,and achieve the expected social and economic benefits.
