Research On The Color Of Historical And Cultural Block In Chengdu Historical City From The Perspective Of Context

As one of the oldest cities in China,Chengdu is one of the most representative cities in southwest China.As an important part of the regional cultural characteristics of Chengdu,it is necessary to study the overall style and features of historical and cultural blocks.Especially,after the conservation planning of Chengdu historical and cultural city has been approved by Sichuan Province,it is necessary to explore the regional characteristics and cultural context of the block.Color,as a direct display of the style and features of historical and cultural blocks,has an intuitive effect on visual senses.Studying the color of historical and cultural street blocks and finding out the contextual factors are the important reasons for maintaining regional characteristics in the dynamic development of modern society.This paper analyzes the cultural connotations of historical and cultural blocks in Chengdu from the perspective of mainline,combining the dominant context of natural environment and technology,and the invisible context of political system,traditional culture and religious ethics.This paper discusses its historical and cultural background,color characteristics and its influence on the inheritance of urban culture.From the diachronic,cultural and holistic three aspects of the formation of street color factors.Based on the theory of context,color theory,urban and rural planning,architecture,human geography and other disciplines,this paper studies the overall color of historical and cultural streets in Chengdu.This paper first introduces the historical evolution and cultural background of the formation of historical and cultural streets in Chengdu.Next carries on the investigation to the historical culture street block color present situation.The main color,auxiliary color and embellishment color of each historical and cultural block were screened out by the color summary of quantified processing block.Then,it analyzes the color characteristics and evolution process of Shaocheng,Wenshu Monastery,Daci Temple and Shuijingfang Historical and Cultural Block from the perspective of dominant and invisible context.The natural color and artificial color in the block are recorded,and the block color database is established.Architecture,as the largest proportion of the area of street color,plays a significant role in the analysis of its color.Finally,the paper summarizes the research results and constructs the color characteristic model of Shaocheng,Wenshu Monastery,Daci Temple and Shuijingfang historical and cultural block.From the perspective of context,this paper puts forward some suggestions on color protection and optimization of historical and cultural streets in Chengdu.
