Study On Geographical Color Of The Fourth Batch Of Historic And Cultural Blocks In Beijing Old Town

The ancient capital Beijing has a long history and culture.From the impression of the red wall and yellow tiles of the magnificent Forbidden City buildings,it can be understood that a traditional system of color system was formed as early as in ancient China.However,with the development of the times,especially in recent decades,urban construction activities have been carried out rapidly.At the same time,as the urban color planning management system has not yet been established,the color culture of the old city has been continuously lost,forming a phenomenon of urban color disorder.In this context,this study selects the fourth batch of historical and cultural blocks in the old city of Beijing as the research object,aiming at summarizing the color of the neighborhood in the urban organic renewal by conducting a geographical color study on the newly delineated two historical and cultural blocks.Positioning and color value benchmark pedigree,and a set of general and feasible geographic color research methods are summarized from the perspective of neighborhood,which provides a reference for the overall color planning research of the old city.Through reviewing a large number of historical documents and field surveys,this study found that the West-Dongying Line Hutong North Street and the school campus block of Xi'an People's Lane are closely related in terms of geographical location and architectural style,so they can be from the fourth batch of history of Beijing Old City.From the perspective of cultural districts,the typical buildings in the district include modern banks,commercial shops in the Republic of China,Xuannan Hall and residential buildings.Secondly,through survey and measurement,the collected data is entered into the “Geographical Color Information Management System” database,using Munsell's international standard color system and Eaton color contrast theory,from block building groups,style building units,representative buildings.The three levels of the unit are statistically analyzed on the composition and trend of the color status of the block.Then,through the combing of the literature,find out the physical factors behind the formation of the color style of the neighborhood,including natural geography,social humanities and urban artificial factors,etc.,in order to construct the architectural framework of the fourth batch of historical and cultural blocks in the old city,so as to know the neighborhood.How does color develop and continue,and what kind of cultural context is there.And follow the "Beijing City Master Plan(2016-2035)",protection planning,cultural relics protection regulations,regulations and other relevant principles,draw on the essence of the ancient five-color system,from the perspective of geographical color affairs to propose the color recognition target of the street,to explore the color of the street color Protection measures.Finally,through the combination with the ancient capital five-color system,the basis color of the building groups of the block,other representative colors and color appearance buffer benchmarks,the theme color of each building unit,other representative color benchmarks and the main body color of the building unit,auxiliary color,embellishment color The benchmarks were screened and condensed to form the geographical color map of the “exquisite Jingyi” of the fourth batch of historical andcultural blocks in the old city of Beijing,and proposed the color gene sequence and lineage color value suggestions of the five-color system of the ancient capital.According to the characteristics of various types of architectural elements,the corresponding color spectrum application strategy is proposed,and the typical road section along the street design scheme is used to visually show how to combine the color value benchmark spectrum with practice.Finally,a summary of the research results is presented,and the prospect of the future urban color planning system of Beijing Old Town is proposed.
