Driven by the slowdown in urbanization growth in China and the unchanged goal of improving the social environment,renovating old residential areas to achieve a new look in the city,updating old infrastructure and supporting facilities in old residential areas,and improving the quality of public services will become key considerations for addressing urban construction and renovation in various regions.At present,the construction of renovation projects for old residential areas in many regions is in a comprehensive promotion stage.In the implementation process of many projects,there are many uncertain and fuzzy risk factors.At the same time,the renovation projects for old residential areas involve multiple interests,and there are many hidden dangers due to careless consideration.How to achieve multi-party cooperation in the current EPC mode to ensure the smooth progress of the project,and how to coordinate the interests of multiple parties,Effective risk control and prevention measures are of great significance for EPC mode renovation projects in old residential areas.In this paper,based on the theory of old neighborhood renovation project under EPC mode,according to the important and difficult points of old neighborhood renovation project and the connotation and advantages of EPC mode,combined with the meaning of risk management and the decomposition and classification of risk factors.The risk factors in the process of old neighborhood renovation are comprehensively summarized by mainstream risk identification methods,and the subjective and objective weights of risk factors are calculated by using hierarchical analysis method and entropy weight method,and the weight sizes of risk factors are calculated and ranked in combination,and an objective and comprehensive risk assessment system is constructed.Then,based on the weight of each index,a risk sharing model of the old district renovation project under EPC mode was constructed,and the closeness of the projection intensity of each risk factor to the risk sharing party was calculated by using vector cosine projection method to determine the best risk sharing party.Finally,with the example of old district project in W County,we designed a questionnaire to collect the opinions of experts and scholars and relevant risk sharing subjects,and came up with risk assessment results and risk sharing scheme for old district,and proposed risk response scheme for major risks.Through this paper,the study of the old district renovation project under EPC mode can play a supplementary role to the existing domestic research in this area,in which the establishment of the risk list of the old district renovation project under EPC mode and the application of the risk sharing model can be a reference and reference for the contract agreement and implementation of the construction of the old district renovation in the future.
