The Risk Management Research Of Beijing M Office Elevator Renovation Project

In recent years,frequent elevator accidents have brought great hidden dangers to people’s life and safety.The government and the whole society attach great importance to elevator safety,and gradually take measures to improve the operation of elevators,and have achieved certain achievements.However,with the increase of the number of elevators and the rising trend of elevator accidents,people focus on the safety problems in the elevator operation while ignoring the management problems in the elevator installation process.If the risk in the elevator installation process is not prevented and prevented,it is likely to cause a large safety accident,resulting in serious casualties.Therefore,risk management in the process of elevator installation,maintenance and renovation is very necessary,which can effectively improve the smooth degree of installation and renovation process,improve the passing rate of safety supervision and inspection,reduce safety hazards and protect people’s life.The elevator renovation project is the upgrade of the original residential and commercial elevators,the replacement and rectification of the old elevators with high risk.The upgraded elevator project is convenient for people to go out and ensure people’s safety.At present,there are many researches on the risk management of elevator operation,but few on the elevator transformation project.M based on Beijing office elevator renovation project as the research object,the study of the risk of problems existing in the renovation project,through risk identification and analysis,risk response and prevention effect,to implement risk management to improve M office elevator renovation project safety factor in the process of installation,complete the quality and technical standards,to avoid potential safety hazard,ensure safety and reliability of elevator running.This study mainly includes five parts: the first part introduces the writing background,significance,literature review at home and abroad,research ideas and main methods;The second part,through literature review,summarizes the project risk management knowledge and theories that have guiding significance for this study,and lays the theoretical foundation for this study.The third part is to identify the main risks of M office building elevator renovation project,briefly introduce the status of M office building elevator renovation project,identify the main risks of the project and determine the risk level.The fourth part analyzes and evaluates the risk of M office building elevator renovation project,and gives the evaluation results.In the fifth part,the risk control strategy of M office building elevator renovation project is given.The risk control strategy is analyzed from the aspects of organization,quality and safety,and the risk control strategy is ensured from the perspectives of information,rescue system and monitoring.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole paper and hopes that this study can improve the installation risk of elevator renovation project to reduce the probability of elevator safety accidents and protect people’s life safety and health.
