Research On Project Risk Management Based On IPD Mode

With the rapid development of the global economy,the construction industry is faced with new opportunities and challenges,and the requirements for various aspects of the building have been improved year by year,resulting in many problems in the process of the whole-cycle management of the traditional project delivery model.As a new project delivery model,I PD mode brings new hope and new ideas to the construction industry.At the same time,the research on risk management of I PD mode project has also attracted extensive attention in the construction industry and academia.Different from traditional construction methods,IPD project participants joined the construction project at the early stage of project decision-making,participated in the project decision-making,and put forward feasible Suggestions for the project from their own professional perspectives.Each project participant integrates the IPD project team and takes the overall project benefit goal as its own goal.The overall risks and benefits of the project are distributed among the project participants in a scientific and reasonable proportion.In the process of project management,the IPD team gathers all participants and works together to effectively guarantee the smooth implementation of the project,and at the same time,it is conducive to saving costs and increasing project benefits.On the other hand,due to the lack of application of IPD mode in China,there are still many problems that need to be solved in the process of project practice.These problems also cause certain special risks for IPD mode project.In the process of risk management,ipd-based project risk management theory and practical experience under the traditional delivery mode are taken as the basis and the particularity of ipd-based project is combined to constantly improve the research on project risk management based on ipd-based mode.The research content of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)This paper summarizes the research status of IPD mode and project risk management at home and abroad in detail,and summarizes the research status of IPD mode project risk management at home and abroad,so that relevant management personnel of construction project can clearly understand and understand the development of IPD mode project risk management.(2)This paper elaborates the relevant theories of IPD mode and construction project risk management,including the development process,definition and related general management process of IPD mode and project risk management,providing a theoretical basis for IPD mode project risk management.(3)This paper used questionnaire,Delphi method,expert interview and other methods on the model of IPD project risk identification,then through the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and entropy weight method to establish a risk assessment model,to identify the project risk evaluation,the model of the IPD project core risk analysis of project,to be prepared for the project risk control.(4)According to the core of the risk identification and evaluation of the IPD project risk as the foundation,targeted response to the risk,put forward concrete and effective measures to deal with risks,through the establishment of the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model,get the IPD model project risk allocation proportion of each project participants,and finally,elaborates on the core content of risk monitoring as well as the specific process.The whole process of risk control is described in detail.(5)Through the simulation of IPD mode risk management of actual cases,the rationality and feasibility of the study on IPD mode project risk management were verified.
