Restoration And Regeneration Research Of Shuiqinba Zengjiazhai Under The "Vacancy And Disusing" Of Traditional Dwellings

Shuiqinba Zengjiazhai is located in Group 13 of Qianfeng Village,Chengxiang Town,Qingbaijiang District,Chengdu.It is part of the Zengjiazhaizi,the "First Hakka estate in Western Sichuan".Shuiqinba Zengjiazhai was built in two years of Xianfeng in the Qing Dynasty,and it took 6 years to be completed in eight years of Xianfeng.It covers an area of about 30 acres.And the owner is Zeng Xiuqing’s eldest son,Zeng Jiabang.The plan of Shuiqinba Zengjiazhai is a "nine palace" style layout of Hakka dwellings in Sichuan.It was built by Beijing construction workers in imitation of the palace,so it is slightly different from traditional Hakka dwellings in Sichuan.In 2016,it was rated as "Chengdu Historic Building",and the village is gradually known to the world.However,with the development of urbanization,the old buildings are seriously damaged,the old village has not been properly protected,and Shuiqinba Zengjiazhai is in a state of "vacancy and disusing".The "vacancy and disusing" of traditional dwellings is a common phenomenon at present.This paper takes Shuiqinba Zengjiazhai as the research object,based on the background of rural revitalization,attempts to restore the original appearance of the old village,and proposes regeneration strategies and suggestions on the current status,so as to achieve the purpose of protecting traditional dwellings.This article has seven parts and two innovative achievements: The first part describes the research background,object,current situation,purpose,meaning,content,method and thesis frame of the thesis.The second part introduces the historical background of Zengjiazhaizi,including its origin,Zeng family,several Zengjiazhaizi and Mingxian School,then expounds the evaluations and contributions of Zengjiazhaizi.The third part is the presumed restoration work of Shuiqinba Zengjiazhai,which is the first innovative result of the thesis.Based on the previous part,the article expounds the restoration motivation,basis,process and results,and then analyzes the post-restoration of Shuiqinba Zengjiazhai.The fourth part,through investigation,understands the current situation of "vacancy and disusing" in Shuiqinba Zengjiazhai,puts forward various problems of the current situation,and analyzes the process and reasons.The fifth part looks for relevant cases based on the problems raised,as a reference for solving problems later,and then analyzes the repair work of Shuiqinba Zengjiazhai in 2018.The sixth part proposes regeneration strategies and suggestions as the second innovative achievement of the thesis.The article firstly clarifies the positioning and principles,then classifies the buildings,and finally proposes solutions and methods based on the problem,and elaborates the solution strategies.The last part summarizes and reflects on the results of the thesis.
