| In order to promote the development of cloud edge collaborative manufacturing and flexible manufacturing,and explore the methods of dynamic and static data organization,integration and sharing related to manufacturing resources,this paper takes a single flexible manufacturing system as an example,and takes the modeling and description of manufacturing equipment resources as the starting point,through the analysis of manufacturing equipment resources and their application,a more general description model of manufacturing equipment resources is constructed,which provides a basic method for the realization of cloud edge collaborative sharing of data information and the flexible reorganization and coordinated control of equipment resources.According to the characteristics of flexible production system with multiple varieties and small batch production,in the face of massive and multi-source resource attribute information data,in order to effectively express,organize and utilize the production line manufacturing equipment resources,they are divided into several manufacturing service cells according to their functional characteristics,and the related resource attributes are summarized and analyzed.The MBSE method and Sys ML are used to describe the design requirements and working principle of the flexible production system from multiple perspectives,and a system model with unified semantics,complementary information and clear expression is constructed for the network topology,service behavior and production task allocation of the production system.The equipment composition and interface types of different manufacturing service cells are described in detail,and they are integrated and packaged to improve the mobility and reorganization of the application of the manufacturing service cell model to meet the needs of different specifications of product production.For the application of network service and coordinated control of reconfigurable model system,this paper studies the mapping method of Sys ML model to XML file and C# object class,and the Sys ML model is converted to two kinds of files based on XML and C#.This paper focuses on the data integration method of XML text containing static attribute information and relational database containing dynamic data to generate XML file with complete static and dynamic information and oriented to flexible reorganization and production scheduling.These files support cloud edge collaborative service,which is used to extract the model information of manufacturing service cell in the cloud and realize the virtual reorganization simulation of the flexible production line.At the same time,the conversion method from the Sys ML model of the manufacturing service cell to the object class of the C#code is given,which provides convenience for programming to realize coordinated control of manufacturing service cell.This paper selects the storage service cell and its main equipment as an example to introduce the modeling and description method of the manufacturing service cell in detail,explains the attribute data and types of the main equipment such as stacker,and introduces the object class mapping generation method for C# programming.A software program for resource management based on manufacturing service cell model is designed,including equipment resource registration,dynamic data display and process information management,which proves the availability of manufacturing equipment resource modeling and description method. |
