| Compared with the cast-in-place building,the prefabricated building greatly simplifies the construction process,and transfers a large amount of wet work on the construction site to the factory.It not only greatly shortens the construction period,obtains greater economic benefits,but also reduces the pollution of the construction site,realizes the rational utilization of resources,and meets the development requirements of energy saving and environmental protection in China ’s construction industry.The external insulation single-sided superimposed slab shear wall is mainly composed of inner prefabricated reinforced concrete slab,cast-in-place concrete,steel truss reinforcement,insulation layer and insulation tie parts.Compared with other structures,not only the advantages of double-sided superimposed shear walls,but also the fire protection grade requirements of insulation board materials are relatively broad.B2 grade insulation materials can be used to effectively increase the thickness of the wall,which is suitable for thermal insulation in northern cold regions.At present,the relevant codes have relatively few design requirements for external insulation single-sided superimposed shear walls.In this paper,based on the standard ’ Design Specification for Prefabricated Shear Wall Structures ’ DB11 / 1003-2022,the seismic performance,thermal insulation layer connection performance and thermal insulation performance of the external thermal insulation single-sided laminated integrated shear wall are studied through experiments and finite element simulation.The main contents include :(1)The quasi-static seismic test of external insulation single-sided composite shear wall under low cyclic loading is carried out.The hysteretic curve characteristics,stiffness degradation characteristics,bearing capacity and ductility,energy dissipation capacity and damage mechanism of single-sided composite shear wall under different axial compression ratios were compared and analyzed.(2)The model of shear wall specimens is established by ABAQUS software,and the seismic numerical simulation analysis of each specimen in the test is carried out to ensure that the simulation results are in line with the actual situation.Through the finite element model,the variable parameter analysis of different concrete strength grades,reinforcement ratio of edge members and vertical reinforcement diameter of cast-in-place layer is further carried out to study the influence of various parameter changes on the seismic performance of shear wall structure.(3)Combined with the requirements of the relevant specifications in Beijing for the performance of the external insulation system,the thermal performance of the external insulation single-sided composite shear wall was numerically simulated by the finite element model.Through the finite element model,the variable parameter analysis of different insulation thickness and connector materials is carried out,the influence of each parameter on its thermal performance is studied,and the design suggestions are given.(4)Through the finite element model,the embedding depth and arrangement of the insulation layer connectors of the specimen model are analyzed by variable parameters.The influence of the embedding depth on the connection performance of the insulation layer of the external insulation single-sided superimposed shear wall is studied.The synergistic deformation performance of the insulation layer and the structural layer of the external insulation system is analyzed,and the design suggestions are given. |
