Study On The Travel Space Characteristics And Formation Mechanism Of The Elderly In The Unit Community In The County

With the accelerating trend of population aging,the community home care service system is gradually being constructed,and the community has become an important place for the elderly to live in the future,while the unit community,as a typical community with obvious characteristics of aging,has high research value in actively dealing with the aging of the population.this paper studies the travel space characteristics and formation mechanism of the elderly in the unit community in the county town.On the one hand,it can create a good travel space for the elderly,on the other hand,it can improve the quality of life of the elderly.Therefore,this paper starts from the daily travel behavior of the elderly,takes the travel space involved in the activities of the elderly in the county as the research object,and is based on the three main travel spaces of personal affairs,commercial shopping and leisure and entertainment.study the characteristics of different types of travel space for the elderly,summarize the formation mechanism that affects the characteristics of travel space,and provide scientific suggestions for the construction of travel space for the elderly in the unit community of the county.The research content of this paper is mainly composed of four parts:The first part is the first chapter.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of unit community,the elderly,the travel space of the elderly,and summarizes the research at home and abroad around the unit community,the travel behavior of the elderly,the characteristics of travel space,the formation mechanism and so on;secondly,put forward the research content,scope and object of this paper;thirdly,briefly explain the research framework,ideas and methods of this paper.The second part is the content of the second chapter,which is the theoretical research on the travel space characteristics and formation mechanism of the elderly in the county unit community.This chapter establishes the theory of travel space characteristics and formation mechanism of the elderly in the county unit community on the basis of behavioral geography,Maslow’s demand hierarchy theory and environmental behavior theory.In the part of the theory of the travel space characteristics of the elderly in the unit community of the county,firstly,according to the daily travel behavior of the elderly,this paper puts forward the travel behavior characteristics of the elderly in the aspects of travel purpose,travel mode,travel frequency,travel time consumption and so on.Secondly,on the basis of understanding the travel behavior characteristics of the elderly,this paper puts forward different travel spaces for the elderly,including personal affairs travel space,commercial shopping travel space and leisure and entertainment travel space for the elderly.Finally,the paper expounds the characteristics of the travel space of the elderly from two aspects: the overall travel space and the classified travel space,including the formation of node agglomeration space,linear chain space and regional circle space.In the theoretical part of the formation mechanism of the travel space characteristics of the elderly in the county unit community,this paper discusses the influence mechanism of the travel space characteristics of the elderly in the county unit community from four aspects: personal attributes,environmental facilities attributes,environmental space attributes and travel time attributes.The third part is the third and fourth chapters,which is the empirical analysis of the travel space characteristics and formation mechanism of the elderly in the county unit community,taking Yuyuan community in Lingshi county as an example on the basis of theoretical research.It is found that,on the whole,the travel space of the elderly in the unit community in the county town has the spatial characteristics of node agglomeration,the agglomeration space of linear chain and the distribution of irregular circles,and the travel space of the elderly shows the characteristics of difference.The personal affairs travel space of the elderly includes four types of node space: life demand type,work location type,family responsibility type and visiting relatives and friends’ type.A continuous linear chain space is formed along the urban trunk road,forming an irregular east-west oval circle layer of life circle and other affairs circle.The commercial shopping travel space for the elderly includes three types of node space: small convenience type,medium-sized life style and large business circle type,which forms a continuous linear chain space in east-west direction along the main road of the city.the formation of short-distance commercial shopping circle layer and longdistance commercial shopping circle layer two levels of irregular east-west oval layer.The leisure and entertainment travel space for the elderly includes three types of node spaces:small courtyard type,medium-sized square type and large park type,forming continuous linear chain space and discontinuous linear chain space from east to west to the old urban area and discontinuous linear chain space along the urban trunk road,forming three irregular eastwest oval circles of short-distance leisure and entertainment circle,medium-distance leisure and entertainment circle and long-distance leisure and entertainment circle.Personal attributes,environmental facilities attributes,environmental space attributes and travel time attributes have a significant positive impact on the travel space characteristics of the elderly in the county unit community,in which the environmental space mechanism has the greatest impact on the travel space characteristics of the elderly.followed by environmental facilities mechanism and personal mechanism,the impact of travel time mechanism is the least.The fourth part is the conclusion.First of all,this paper puts forward the research conclusions from three aspects: the travel behavior characteristics of the elderly,the travel space characteristics of the elderly and the influence mechanism of the travel space characteristics of the elderly.Secondly,it puts forward the research innovation from the county research scale,the research content of the travel space characteristics and formation mechanism of the elderly in the unit community,the two-step outdoor assistant of outdoor travel research software,GIS spatial analysis,structural equation model and so on.
