The thesis investigates the key technologies and applications for building a platform based on three-dimensional spatial units and constructs a BIM-based production and operation display platform for heat source projects according to a series of national planning policy requirements for significantly improving the level of industrialization,digitalization and intelligence of construction in the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.This platform is a digital reengineering based on the information management system of a heat source plant combining HRP system,DCS system and ERP system.The platform integrates the original operation data based on spatial information models such as GIS and BIM,upgrades the informationization of the production operation stage and visualizes the display,and researches to obtain a BIM-based digital solution for heat source class projects.The research includes:1.Propose a BIM-based digital upgrade production and operation display platform architecture for heat source class projects,divided into BIM end architecture and Web end architecture.The key technologies involved in platform development,including BIM technology and platform development technology,will be sorted out and summarized.2.Expand the national standards related to BIM coding,and propose a scheme to match the current coding system of heat source projects.Based on the coding system,we design and develop a BIM-based component library for heat source projects and create 3D parametric BIM models.The coding system,BIM model and component library together form a digital asset for production and operation of heat source projects.3.Propose the development plan of BIM-based digital production and operation display platform for heat source projects,and realize the display of production and operation digital assets for heat source projects by analyzing the platform requirements for functional design,database,back-end and front-end design.4.Based on the above research,the practicality of the self-developed production operation display platform is verified by taking a heat source plant as an example.The digital asset display of the production and operation of the heat source plant is used to digitally upgrade the existing information management tools.3.Propose the development plan of BIM-based digital production and operation display platform for heat source projects,and realize the display of digital assets for production and operation of heat source projects by analyzing the platform requirements,carrying out prototype drawings,database,back-end and front-end design.
