This topic regards heating of Tangye District as the research object,analyzing two different energy heating mode.The research content includes long-distance heat utilization,heating pipe network constant pressure point number and hydraulic intersection,regulation of network,multi load hydraulic calculation and analysis,operation mode of two kinds of heat source and the comprehensive energy consumption analysis.From simple to complex research methods,this topic use software to calculate network hydraulic of recently branched network,medium-term and long-term and determined the most unfavorable point under various conditions.Therefore we can take measures to achieve the stable operation of the whole network.Tangye's total heating area is 4.27 million square at the initial stage of construction,with 10 million square and 25.26 million square in mid and long-term.At the initial stage of construction of the network,when the outdoor temperature more than 7.7? during heating season,long distance heat source is in full load.When the outdoor temperature is below 7?,local boiler open gradually to full load operation,keeping the water temperature of the heat source remained at 120 ?;The heating period completely use quantity regulation during pipe network construction of the medium-term and long-term,the regulation;According to the pressure diagram,whether long-term or short-term pressure sink node are close to the local boiler room.Heating guarantee rate is 0.58 when Tangye boiler is in accident conditions while guarantee rate is 0.7 when the long distance heat is failure in middle construction network..Heating guarantee rate is 0.38 when the long distance heat is failure in long term construction network while guarantee rate is 0.64 when Tangye boiler is in accident conditions.Thereby,once the long heat source is failure,the entire area of heating will be influenced greatly.Double heat source heating increase operating costs 1602.6 million yuan than single each year.But we can save 1 090.11 MWh pump power and 35 060 tce coal with emission reduction 87404.5 tons CO2,262.95 tons SO2,133.22 tons of NOx and 238.4 tons of dust.
