In the era of frequent disasters, urban resilience construction is receiving more and more attention, from research on single disasters to multi-hazard disaster prevention and mitigation issues are gradually becoming the focus of research. The development of urban resilience is to improve the resilience of cities from a macroscopic point of view. For the community space where urban residents live, how to improve the resilience construction by scientific means, break the traditional government-led construction method, and explore a way of action to gather all parties to build, govern and share,to propose the mechanism of action for building resilience of urban community space through a new system of networks, and to quantify the specific spatial resilience This paper is based on the literature and basic theoretical research. This paper identifies the characteristics and connotations of community spatial resilience, based on literature and grounded theory research, implants the "actor network theory" on the basis of grasping its core characteristics, analyzes the mechanism of community spatial resilience by its translation, divides various actors acting on community spatial resilience, extracts relevant attributes of The main research contents include(1)Define the characteristics and connotations of spatial resilience of urban communities.Using resilience and community resilience theory, combined with national and international models developed to assess community resilience, the connotation of community spatial resilience is expanded, pointing out that it is composed of two parts: physical space and organizational management,on the one hand, the physical hard facilities, the other side of the coin is the soft power that acts on the space, both of which are key elements for the resilience of the space to improve.(2)Exploring the mechanism of urban spatial resilience based on actor network theory.Firstly,we analyze the disaster-adapted mechanism of spatial resilience of urban communities, analyze the types of disasters faced by urban communities, and clarify its role in the three stages of pre-disaster prevention-disaster response-post-disaster recovery. The actor network theory is implanted, the appropriateness and feasibility of the theory is elaborated, and the subjects of spatial resilience construction in urban communities are identified. Then,we translate the disaster-adapted process of spatial resilience with the actor network theory, grasp the six actors of space, resources, environment, government, market and society, and carry out the five links of problem presentation-clarifying the compulsory access point-recruiting and mobilizing actors-eliminating dissenters to form the urban community spatial Resilience building network.(3)Construct an assessment model of urban community space based on actor network theory.According to the attributes of the six actors, assessment indexes are selected to finally form an assessment index system with 6 network layers and 25 element layers. The ANP network analysis method is used to construct the network assessment model by combining the connectedness of the resilience network of urban community space. Finally, experts were invited to score and evaluate each index to form the index weights. In order to ensure the feasibility of the assessment model,TOPSIS method is selected to verify the actual cases and form the value criteria of 6 dimensions, and put forward the corresponding suggestions for spatial resilience enhancement.
