In the context of Chinese efforts to achieve the dual carbon goal,low-carbon and energysaving transformation of public buildings has become an important means of emission reduction in the construction industry, but at present, the number of research on low-carbon buildings in China is showing a downward trend, and the degree of social attention to lowcarbon energy-saving transformation of public buildings is gradually weakening,so it is necessary to find the main influencing factors of low-carbon energy-saving transformation of public buildings through research to help find the control focus of low-carbon energy-saving renovation projects of public buildings. This paper takes the influencing factors of low-carbon and energy-saving renovation of public buildings as the research object, clarifies the concepts of public buildings,low-carbon energy-saving renovation and the connotation of the theory of carbon emission throughout the life cycle, defines the implementation process and participants of low-carbon and energy-saving renovation projects of public buildings, and identifies the influencing factors of low-carbon and energy-saving renovation of public buildings through literature research and case analysis from the aspects of the whole life cycle of the project, all links of the whole process control, and different participants. After discussion with the expert group,18 main factors were summarized and sorted out,and summarized into four stages according to the whole process of the project, namely: planning stage, design stage, construction stage, and use stage, and the factors contained in these four stages were explained and analyzed.Through the questionnaire, the expert group was asked to score the original data, and the method of combining the Decision Experiment and Evaluation Laboratory Method(DEMATEL)and Adversarial Explanatory Structural Model(AISM)was adopted to deeply discuss the influencing factors and their hierarchical relationships in the low-carbon and energy-saving renovation project of public buildings, and the influencing factors were divided into 6 levels, and the final comprehensive results of the model showed that the deepest factors affecting the low-carbon and energy-saving renovation of public buildings were the feasibility and implementation of regulations and the degree of social attention. The most direct factors affect the maintainability of daily use and the ability of the design team, and the more important and influential factors are the return on investment,low-carbon technology maturity,low-carbon awareness of the builder, and market acceptance, which are mainly reflected in the planning, design and use stages. In this paper, corresponding improvement measures are proposed for eight key influencing factors in the three stages of planning, design and use,and the results are compared and analyzed based on actual engineering cases, and the results obtained are highly compatible with the theoretical research results, which proves that the DEMATEL-AISM method can clearly identify the main influencing factors of low-carbon and energy-saving renovation projects of public buildings, and the theoretical research method has certain feasibility for analyzing the main influencing factors. This study helps to clarify the control focus of low-carbon and energy-saving renovation projects of public buildings, and invest limited resources in the influencing factors that play a major role in the project,so as to promote the implementation and development of low-carbon energy-saving renovation of public buildings. |
