The construction of sponge cities,as an effective lever for the construction of ecological civilization cities,is one of the goals of ecological civilization construction and an effective way to practice the concept of green waters and green mountains being mountains of gold and silver.As an important component of sponge city construction,the sponge transformation of old residential areas is an important livelihood work in sponge city construction,which plays an important role in improving the quality of residents’ living environment and enhancing people’s well-being.In practice,the sponge transformation work in old residential areas is highly systematic,with complex constraints and greater difficulty.Due to factors such as inadequate funding,non-standard design,unreasonable technical measures,low participation of residents,and unscientific operation and maintenance,the renovation process is often hindered.The ability to comprehensively identify the key factors that affect the effectiveness of sponge transformation in old residential areas,determine their impact effects,and propose targeted improvement strategies is the key to promoting the process of sponge transformation in old residential areas,which is of great significance for the sustainable development of sponge transformation in old residential areas.This article is based on the theory of the entire lifecycle,exploring the specific content of sponge transformation in old residential areas at different stages.Based on the WSR system methodology,a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the factors that affect the transformation effect at each stage from the physical dimension,the matter dimension,and the human dimension.Based on this,research hypotheses are proposed and a theoretical model of influencing factors is constructed.On this basis,a structural equation model is established to conduct empirical research on the theoretical model of influencing factors.The sponge transformation project of some old residential areas in Licang District,Qingdao City was selected as the research object.The Likert five level scale method was used to score and evaluate the importance of each factor.SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis software were used to quantitatively analyze the degree and path of its impact.The model test showed good fit and verified the validity of the research hypothesis.Research has shown that three dimensions of factors have a significant impact on the effectiveness of sponge transformation in old residential areas,with the order of influence being human factor,matter factor,and physical factor.In response to the identified key influencing factors,this article proposes targeted measures to improve the effectiveness of sponge transformation in old residential areas.Taking the sponge transformation project in Cuihu Community,Licang District,Qingdao City as an example,the effectiveness of the improvement strategy is verified. |
