| The level of trainers’ ability is very important to the training results.When managers find that the quality and competence of employees do not match the requirements of the company or are lower than the company requirements,training is often the first choice for managers to solve problems.Managers often hope to improve their job competence and accomplish their work tasks by training the weak abilities displayed by employees in their work.But in practice,there are often "no less money,no obvious improvement in performance".In view of this practical problem,it is of great significance to construct a scientific and accurate competency characteristic of the first-line business personnel trainers in power grid enterprises,and to clarify the relationship between competency characteristics and the performance of trainers,which is of great significance to improve the performance of trainers and improve the unsatisfactory training effect.Power grid enterprises have the characteristics of power industry,such as production safety requirements and field practice requirements.This paper,based on the work content and training needs of the first-line employees in power grid enterprises,constructs the competency model with the characteristics of the first-line staff trainers in the grid enterprises.The construction process is as follows:(1)firstly,this paper will start from the competency model,the characteristics of the grid enterprise,the trainer and other aspects,and through the behavior event interview method,Collect the important trainers’ competency factors considered by the personnel in the enterprise,and the importance of each factor considered by the personnel in the enterprise.In combination with the characteristics of safety production and field practice in the power industry(delete for example),adjust and finally determine the competency factors,including the ability to launch new projects,actual teaching ability,language ability,etc The five competency characteristics of thought motivation and practical operation ability(2)Secondly,this paper will use AHP analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of competency factors.The weight of each competency was 0.044,0.228,0.124,0.357,0.241.(3)Finally,the correlation between competency and financial performance and non-financial performance,and the correlation between the total score of competency and financial performance and non-financial performance are analyzed by using Pearson correlation coefficient method.The conclusion is that the competency characteristics constructed by the conclusion can promote the performance of the trainer.This paper integrates the characteristics of power grid enterprises into the process of building competency characteristics of trainers in power grid enterprises,and updates the trainers’ competency dictionary.The competency model of the trainers based on the behavior event interview and AHP analytic hierarchy process can not only promote the performance of the power grid enterprise trainers,but also be applied to the recruitment and development of the trainers in the power grid enterprises,and provide decision-making assistance for the construction,management and optimization of the training staff of the power grid enterprises. |
