Locomotive is the power of train operation and the premise to ensure the normal operation of the train,the maintenance of locomotive is an important way to ensure the quality of locomotive.Due to the complexity of the locomotive itself and locomotive maintenance,there are great risks in the process of locomotive maintenance.Once these maintenance risks are not controlled,it will affect the quality of the locomotive,resulting in train delays,and even leading to major traffic accidents,threatening the safety of passengers,resulting in significant economic losses.The locomotive depot is an important unit under the railway bureau,and the locomotive recondition is one of the main work contents of the locomotive depot.L servicing workshop is the only passenger locomotive servicing workshop in locomotive depot,which’s minor repairs have a direct impact on the quality of locomotives.This paper studied the most important part of the minor repairs.Minor repairs will directly affect the quality of the locomotive.This paper studies the status quo of minor repair management of locomotive in L reconditioning workshop.It is found that the existing operation management still uses the previous empirical and subjective management methods,which mainly focuses on quality planning and quality control,without risk management system,and does not control minor repairs section from the perspective of risk management.This paper selects the minor repair area of L locomotive repair workshop,combines the current operation process,operation quality management and situation of previous years,uses expert interview and questionnaire survey to preliminarily identify the risks of minor repair operation of locomotive,and all risk factors were identified as far as possible,including 6 primary risks and 35 secondary risks.Then dual-standard and multi-standard are used to filter and screen the risks of minor repair operations.Finally,4 first-level risks and 17 second-level risks are identified that affect the quality of locomotive in minor repair operations.First-level risks include personnel factors,method factors,environmental factors and organizational management factors.Then,the index system of risk assessment for minor repairs is constructed,and the weight ranking and comprehensive evaluation of risk factors for minor are carried out by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,it is obtained that the weight ranking of the main risk factors and three risk levels affecting the quality of the locomotive in minor repair.In line with the qualitative and quantitative risk identification,connected with the experience of small minor repairs operation,this study puts forward countermeasures for the risk of minor repair of locomotive,and forms a complete set of operation quality risk management process.This will improve the quality of the locomotive,reduce the number of machine breaks in the future operation,and also provide a reference for other repair workshops to avoid risks and improve operation quality.
