Research On Risk Identification And Evaluation Of Railway Locomotive Enterprise

Railway production as a transportation industry is a basic industry of the national economy.The high-speed railway which has been increasing rapidly in operation mileage and passenger traffic volume plays an irreplaceable role in the development of China's economic society and the global influence.With the increasing volume of locomotive,the train speed increasing,more heavy transportation tasks and the relatively complex operation environment,forced maintenance enterprises must strengthen the consciousness of risk management,the introduction of a more comprehensive scientific risk management method,construction safety risk control system,the implementation of a comprehensive risk management.Based on interview research and questionnaire survey,this paper evaluated the current situation of internal environment and safety risk management of railway locomotive enterprises,and pointed out the main problems of risk management of locomotive enterprises.It mainly includes the backward risk management concept,inadequate identification of risk information,and the major risk management problems of risk professional evaluation.In order to break down the "stubborn disease" of railway safety foundation,this paper introduces the comprehensive risk management method,and studies the risk analysis and response process of the machine locomotive enterprise.First,the optimization scheme of risk identification and risk assessment is proposed.Including the combination of historical data and the maintenance locomotive process analysis,a questionnaire to determine the classification of locomotive enterprise risk;then constructs the principle in the index under the guidance of the use of more comprehensive risk assessment index system;fuzzy AHP model of locomotive enterprise risk assessment;and also to optimize the scoring method,weakened assessment professional limitations.Finally,based on the evaluation results,the risk distribution and key risks of locomotive enterprises are determined.The deep reasons for the key risks are explored through the man machine loop analysis method,and the control measures are put forward for the specific reasons.At the end of the article summarizes the conclusion of the proposed general revelation,management of maintenance enterprises in Fufeng County include:improving the internal environment maintenance enterprises,strengthen the financial and human resource management;strengthen the construction of information maintenance enterprises,the establishment of "electronic archives" and attendance guidance system;strengthen risk management and control,based on the risk preference to build safety red yellow line management mechanism.Combined with the actual constantly revised and improved.
