The EPC engineering general contracting model can not only be used to simplify the management tasks of the owner,reduce the risk of the owner,but also help the general contractor to coordinate the design and construction,shorten the construction period,and increase the profit.Therefore,owners and general contractors have begun to adopt the EPC engineering general contracting model.At present,the EPC engineering general contracting model in our country has been applied in the chemical,hydropower,highway,subway and other industries.But the application of the EPC engineering general contracting model in the housing construction industry needs to be further studied.At the same time,the expansion of the scope of contracting,the adoption of fixed total price contracts and fixed construction period of this model have further increased the risks that general contractors need to bear.Therefore,it is particularly important for general contractors to conduct risk management scientifically and efficiently.In this paper,we analyzed and summarized the current risk management status of Z company through in-depth corporate practice.It was found that the company currently exists problems such as lack of a comprehensive and systematic risk management system,managers have a weak awareness of the importance of risk management and risk monitoring capabilities that need to be further improved.Therefore,the risk factors of the EPC engineering general contracting of Z company were token as the research object.Firstly,WBS-RBS was used to comprehensively identify the risk factors,and an indicator system of nine dimensions and 25 risk factors were constructed.Secondly,we used the combined method of DEMATEL-ISM to analyze the importance of each risk factor.Twenty-three effective risk factors were finally screened out and a hierarchical model was built.Thirdly,based on the combination of expert scores and triangular fuzzy numbers to obtain prior and conditional probabilities,a Bayesian networks model for risk assessment is constructed based on the interpretation structure model,and Netica software is used to assess the overall risk level of EPC engineering general contracting projects.At the same time,combining the reasoning analysis capabilities of Bayesian networks,causal reasoning,diagnostic reasoning and sensitivity analysis were carried out.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment and reasoning analysis,we put forward risk response and monitoring suggestions from four aspects: strengthening construction management ability,strengthening purchaser management,improving project management efficiency and designing professional level.We wish these results above would provide reference basis for risk management of EPC engineering general contracting project of Z company.
