Research On Renewal Design Of Constructing Adjacent Isolated Residential Area Based On Lifestyle

Along with the continuation of social development and the implementation of urbanization in our country,the gap between rich and poor in society has increased,and the phenomenon of people living in mixed and concentrated communities has occurred frequently.The concept of adjacent isolated residential areas has also been proposed.It is a special type of urban existing residential area that has emerged in the rapid process of urban renewal.The issue of adjacent isolation involves the integration of multiple disciplines such as urban planning,landscape science,sociology,etc.Since the 1980 s,the phenomenon of urban residential segregation has been increasing day by day,which has triggered and promoted research on residential segregation related issues.Research on adjacent isolated residential areas in China is in its infancy,while foreign countries have focused more on the issue of isolation itself,thus lacking a systematic theoretical research system and perspective.At present,research on adjacent isolated residential areas in China mainly focuses on the analysis of isolation paths or impacts.In proposing strategies to solve isolation,there is a lack of systematic,strategic,and empirical research designed specifically for a specific adjacent isolated residential area.For this situation,this article introduces the organic renewal theory design method,starting from the landscape design direction from the perspective of lifestyle,to update and design the residential areas adjacent to Chaoyang.With people as the medium connecting the vitality of the block,the relationship between people and places is dialectically derived.Through the foundation of crowd inertia behavior operation,which is a functional network composed of multiple factors such as space,roads,and facilities,the points of interest are proposed and applied,Evaluation methods such as personnel activity heat maps are used to illustrate the factors that affect the lifestyle of residents in adjacent isolated residential areas through charts.The article takes the trajectory of human behavior as an important factor driving the vitality of the surrounding POI facility points and the distribution characteristics of street formats.It proposes to use organic renewal to make the site undergo initial transformation-and then the site will once again affect the lifestyle and behavior trajectory of the population-in a circular manner,so that the behavior trajectory of the population can participate in the landscape nodes and POI facility points,and the population aggregation can drive the vitality of the surrounding areas to increase,balancing the mixed ratio of formats,The organic renewal design strategy system for adjacent isolated residential areas that ultimately led to a significant transformation in the nature of the site.From the aspects of human behavior and living needs,scientifically evaluate the vitality of the site,the distribution of public space,and the display of basic building properties.Superimpose these analysis results,combine with on-site investigation and research analysis,propose organic renewal design strategies,and ultimately obtain a more suitable living environment after the adjacent characteristics of the residential area are alleviated.By proposing an organic renewal design strategy for adjacent isolated residential areas,expanding the scope of lifestyle theory and laying the foundation for interdisciplinary integration.
