The permitted speed of the existing high-speed railway has been greatly improved compared with ten years ago,and the relevant equipment and devices for railway operation have also been optimized and upgraded.In order to ensure the safe operation of high-speed railway,more attention has been paid to the monitoring and testing of high-speed railway.The accuracy and reliability of railway measuring instruments used for railway detection and monitoring in measuring geometric parameters of high-speed railway is related to the safety and stability of high-speed railway transportation.However,the existing railway special measuring instruments and measuring means are still relatively traditional,and most of the measurement operations need to be carried out manually by technicians,so the efficiency of measurement tracing is very low.The accuracy and reliability of measurement results are also greatly affected,and the application of metrological traceability data has obvious limitations,resulting in a relatively low level of overall technical support for measuring instruments.Therefore,the development of automation and intelligent metrological traceability for measuring instruments can improve the efficiency of metrological traceability and the overall technical support level of measuring instruments.It is of great significance to ensure the daily operation and maintenance of high-speed railway and the safe operation of high-speed railway in the future.This paper studies the metrological traceability process of railway special metrological instruments,and puts forward an automatic and intelligent metrological traceability scheme of metrological instruments,realizing the automation of data collection and storage in the metrological traceability process,as well as the intellectualization of data processing and application.The feasibility of automatic and intelligent measurement traceability of this scheme is verified through quantition-value comparison test and measurement traceability data analysis.The research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Research significance: Investigate the current development status of high-speed railway and the demand for automation and intelligence of railway special measuring instruments,study the shortcomings of traditional railway special measuring instruments measurement traceability means in the era of big data,and briefly describe the basic concept of railway special measuring instruments measurement traceability system,to provide a theoretical basis for the following research.(2)Program study: By uploading the measurement data to the Hadoop big data platform,storing the measurement data in the database,using cloud computing to automate and intelligently process the quantition-value comparison test data,and using the mechanical learning in big data technology to predict the future state of the special railway measuring instruments through the analysis of the historical data of measurement traceability.And the Hadoop platform is used to achieve data storage and data application.(3)Feasibility verification: By using traditional data processing methods and automatic and intelligent data processing methods to process data of the same quantition-value comparison test,it is proved that the automatic and intelligent data processing methods can meet the requirements of metrological traceability,and the historical metrological traceability data of the gauge is used to verify the accuracy of the intelligent prediction method of the mechanical learning big data prediction method.
