Characteristics Analysis And Application Research On Inspection Lot Data Of Railway Construction

In the year 2008, the Ministry of Railway proposed a standardized management system which contents standardization of management institutions, standardization of staffing, standardization of on-site management and the standardization of process control. In 2009, the demand of realizing a quality traceability system of railway construction was proposed. Our rsearch focus on the inspection lot data, which was the core data of railway construction, to study how to support the realizing of railway construction standardized management system and quality traceability system.First, the paper conducted an in-depth analysis of the railway construction inspection lot data which was divided into three types:spatial characteristics, time characteristics and thematic characteristics. And then a research and exploration on the normative of railway inspection lot data according to the request of standardized management and quality traceability realization has been done. Also, this paper established the corresponding data norms for various types of data.Based on the data norm of railway construction inspection lot data, the relationship between inspection lot data and the railway construction project management has been proposed in this paper. And a series of railway construction project management business models have been established according to the demand of standardized management and quality traceability realization based on inspection lot data. The models have been used in the progress of project management and improved the ability of decision-making in the project management.The author has visited to KaHe Railway Construction Headquarters of Urumqi Railway Bureau three times and done a lot of research, got a deep comprehension about the actual situation in the field, collected large amounts of inspection data and related information of railway construction project management. The results of research on railway construction inspection lot data in this paper have been verified in the project management of rail construction in KaHe and received good effects.
