| After more than 20 years of rapid development,China’s railways have made major breakthroughs in many aspects,especially the high-speed rail EMUs have become a beautiful business card of China’s railways to the world.As an important part of the highspeed railway system,EMUs have developed to the stage of customized development of designing and manufacturing different models according to different operational needs and service requirements.For example,the CJ6 EMU is specially designed and manufactured to adapt to the operation of the Changzhutan intercity railway.As a newly put into use model,the repair and repair of CJ6 EMU is mainly given by the main engine factory drawing on the maintenance and application experience of other related models,but from the maintenance and application of CJ6 EMU in the past three years,its repair has problems such as insufficient systematic research support,unbalanced granularity of component-level repair,and lack of research support and verification of existing repair optimization methods.This paper comprehensively uses the statistical analysis of fault data,equipment maintenance reliability theory,system reliability analysis method,etc.,to quantitatively analyze the reliability of CJ6 EMU system components,and compare and analyze the technical conditions of existing EMU vehicles according to the reliability analysis results,so as to realize the repair process repair analysis and verification of EMU system components.The preliminary research conclusions include:(1)The actual data of operation and maintenance of CJ6 EMU is applied to initially verify the feasibility of the system reliability theory analysis method in the study of EMU repair and optimization research.(2)Through the fault data analysis of the brake system of CJ6 EMU from 2020 to 2022,it is found that the fault of the brake system of CJ6 EMU is mainly concentrated in the air supply device and the basic brake unit.(3)Through mathematical statistical analysis of the fault distribution of the air supply device and the basic brake unit of CJ6 EMU,it is found that the fault distribution law of the two is not the same(among them,the fault law of the air supply device obeys the Weibull distribution,and the basic brake unit obeys the exponential distribution).(4)The reliability block diagram method is used to present the reliability relationship between the components of the CJ6 EMU,and it is found that when the minimum interval mileage of the second stage repair of the brake system is 30,000 kilometers,the reliability of the basic brake unit has a greater impact on the reliability of the brake system.Of course,although this paper has applied the standardized mathematical statistical analysis method and the actual maintenance data of the CJ6 EMU to conduct a preliminary study on the reliability distribution law of its braking system,and also preliminarily clarified the application prospect of reliability theory method in the study of EMU repair and repair,as an exploratory study,this study also has problems such as the small number of failure data samples,the low quality of on-site data,and the lack of in-depth and specific maintenance strategy optimization suggestions,which need to be further studied in the future. |
