Research On Humanized Design Of Appearance Modeling Of Snow Disaster Rescue Vehicle

The accumulation of snow for a long time causes road obstruction and cold damage,which seriously affects economic development and people’s life safety in our country.At present,the design development of snow disaster rescue vehicles is relatively backward,and the replacement is slow.The shape design of the existing rescue vehicles can not meet the contemporary aesthetic requirements.Rescue vehicle as an important part of the whole rescue system,its efficiency largely determines the efficiency of the whole.In order to reduce the loss caused by disasters,it is urgent to improve the design of existing rescue vehicles and make them more suitable for diversified needs.Starting from the humanized design theory,the research content of humanized design was sorted out and summarized,and the humanized modeling design of snow and ice rescue vehicle and related theories were summarized,including ergonomics theory and formal beauty law.The correlation between the two theories and humanized design of snow and ice rescue vehicle was studied and summarized,and the design process and methods were clarified.On this basis,by analyzing the application of rescue vehicles in snow and ice disasters,the shortcomings of existing rescue vehicles and the requirements of snow and ice disasters for rescue vehicles,the feasibility of humanized design of the appearance of snow and ice rescue vehicles is analyzed.In the research process of this paper,humanized design is divided into physiological and psychological two aspects,the physiological aspect is mainly through the humanmechanical analysis to complete the design.Man-machine analysis software is used for visual field analysis,comfort analysis,limb reachable field analysis,etc.,to verify the feasibility and rationality of the design,so that the snow and ice rescue vehicle is more in line with human physiological needs and habits;On the other hand,according to the law of formal beauty and ergonomics theory,the color,material and shape of the snow and ice rescue vehicle are studied,giving the ice and ice rescue vehicle shape emotional,so that the function of the snow and ice rescue vehicle and its emotion to a relatively stable state,improve the emotional elements of humanized design,to solve the problem of humanized design from the psychological level.Through analysis and summary at all aspect above,and on the premise of meeting the corresponding functional needs,it follows the humanized design theory to design the ice and snow rescue vehicle modeling design,to make it more in line with human habits and emotional,and to realize the breakthrough of design,greatly improve the accident and disaster rescue efficiency,enriching our country’s ice and snow rescue vehicle design.It is of great practical significance for reducing the social loss caused by snow disaster accidents to provide new design ideas and promote the improvement and development of special rescue vehicles.
