| The 14th Five-Year Plan emphasizes the importance of "accelerating the development of a modern industrial system,consolidating and strengthening the foundation of the real economy" and "accelerating digital development and building a digital China",which points out the direction for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.How to help manufacturing enterprises to realize transformation and value enhancement has become an important question of The Times.It is the best solution of The Times to use digital resources and technology to enable enterprises to realize transformation.However,enterprise digital transformation is not a simple application of digital technology.In the process of transformation,every process of enterprise production and manufacturing enabled by digital resources and the changes to various modules of enterprise R&D innovation,production and manufacturing,management and operation,etc.,triggered the evolution of key components of enterprise business model,promoted the innovation of enterprise business model,and also had an impact on the operation effect of enterprise.This paper selects Citic Heavy Industries,an excellent case of digital transformation,as the object of case analysis,and uses the method of literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis to analyze the influence of enterprise digital transformation on the innovation of enterprise business model and its operating effect.Firstly,summarize and compare the changes of key elements of enterprise business model before and after the digital transformation.Then the entropy method is used to calculate the index weight and evaluate the comprehensive performance of the financial performance evaluation system.The influence analysis is carried out on the key nodes of business model innovation promoted by the digital transformation of Citic Heavy Industries before and after the time period,and the horizontal comparative analysis is carried out by comparing enterprises in the industry.In the aspect of long-term development impact,this paper chooses the industry outstanding enterprises and the same level of two enterprises as a comparison to analysis.Innovation ability and other hidden benefits are selected to analyze the modular benefits generated by digital transformation on enterprises except financial performance.The results show that the digital transformation of Citic Heavy Industry promotes the enterprise’s business model innovation;Citic Heavy Industry’s business model innovation has a positive impact on the operating effect of enterprises.Based on the results,this paper giving out the following inspiration: Enterprises should pay attention to the application of digital technologies and attach importance to the development of industrial Internet platforms.Enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise and create advantages for the subsequent development of the enterprise;Accelerate business model innovation and realize service-oriented and ecological transformation.Promote enterprises to create high value of the server side transformation;Adhere to innovation-driven,optimize the structure and improve efficiency.Strengthen the transformation of application results of R&D innovation to ensure the efficient and orderly development of R&D innovation.Possible innovation: This paper adopts a new analysis Angle,and explores the role and effect of digital transformation in business model innovation and the final change of enterprise operation effect.In addition to enriching the research perspective of digital transformation,combined with the characteristics of the manufacturing industry,the case study of enterprises in the special equipment manufacturing industry is carried out to enrich the case types. |
