| In the era of digital economy and service economy,digital transformation has become a key strategy to enhance the service innovation performance of company.The construction industry is both a pillar industry of the national economy and a traditional industry.Responding to new technologies,new demands,and new products and services in new markets is the mainstream direction of construction transformation and upgrading.The development of digital buildings and smart buildings has proven that BIM is an important driving for service innovation in the construction industry.The attributes of construction products and service providers have become increasingly prominent with changes in customer demand.With services and product innovation as inputs,obtaining high-efficiency service innovation performance has become an important way for construction companies to improve their core competitiveness.However,existing research has not focused on the BIM-enabled digital transformation of construction companies and how it affects service innovation performance.Therefore,this research based the digital transformation of construction enterprises on BIM,uses BIM-enabled digital transformation as an engine to promote the realization of service innovation in the construction industry,and explores the impact relationship between BIM-enabled digital transformation and service innovation performance.In order to further analyze the relationship between BIM-enabled digital transformation and service innovation performance,a comprehensive consideration was given to the existence of internal and external factors affecting service innovation in the construction industry.Take the business model that realizes value conversion as the mediation variable,the environmental dynamic that weigh changes in the external environment as the moderation variable,constructing a theoretical model of BIM-enabled digital transformation and business model and service innovation performance under the environment dynamic adjustment.In order to test the theoretical model,this research takes China’s top 200 companies in the construction industry as the research object,uses online and offline questionnaire surveys as the data collection method,and uses the structural equation model and the latent regulation structural equation model as the relationship test method,SPSS21.0,AMOS17.0,MPLUS7.4statistical software tools are used to very model.The results show that:(1)BIM-enabled digital transformation can have a positive and significant impact on service innovation performance.(2)The business model exerts a partial mediation effect of 43.19% between the relationship of BIM-enabled digital transformation and service innovation performance.(3)The impact of environmental dynamic on the role of BIM-enabled digital transformation in service innovation performance and business model is significant in the second half,but not in the first half.This research is the first time that takes the BIM as breakthrough of the construction digital transformation.And the first time to research the relationship between BIM-enabled digital transformation and service innovation performance,test the mediation effect of business model and the moderation effect of environmental dynamic.The research also has certain practical significance:(1)Promote the implementation of digital transformation of construction companies by means of BIM-enabled platforms and resources.(2)Pay attention to and balance the role of business model and environmental dynamic in the relationship between BIM-enabled digital transformation and service innovation performance. |
