In view of the reliability of electricity,the entropy weight-analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to the power supply reliability of distribution network user load point to study the comprehensive index weight,according to the value engineering theory to calculate the cost of reliability increment,and meter and the incremental cost of multiphase planning,distribution network in this paper,a comprehensive index,the optimal reliability and oriented and multiphase planning of distribution network reliability electricity price calculation method.In view of the optimal decision-making scheme of all stakeholders in distribution network and the reliability interests of users,the interaction of interests among all stakeholders in distribution network is studied based on game theory,and the cooperative planning model and method of distribution network based on game theory is put forward.Aiming at how to reasonably calculate the reliability price,this paper proposes a reliability price calculation method for distribution network based on the optimal reliability index and multi-period planning.Firstly,based on the obtained diversified energy consumption and power supply reliability information of multi-type end users,the reliability indexes of multi-type power supply,such as time type,frequency type and quantity type,are established.The comprehensive weight of each reliability index was calculated based on the entropy-analytic hierarchy process,and the incremental cost calculation model of distribution network reliability was established.The incremental cost of each reliability index was introduced into the electricity price formulation through the weighted sum of the weight coefficients.Secondly,according to the multi-stage planning of actual distribution network planning,the incremental cost model of different influencing factors is established by cost increment method,and the incremental cost is introduced into the electricity price formulation.Finally,the reliability price of distribution network based on the optimal reliability index and multi-period planning is obtained.The numerical example shows that the proposed method can reasonably take into account the interests of power grid companies and the differentiated needs of users,and realize the price according to quality and high quality and high price of reliability service for users.Aiming at the problem of the optimal decision-making scheme of the stakeholders of distribution network and the reliability interests of users,a model and method of distribution network cooperative planning based on game theory is proposed.Firstly,the multi-type distributed power supply in distribution network is analyzed.Secondly,for medium and low voltage distribution network,based on the multi-agent game theory,the interest interaction of DG investors,power grid companies and users is comprehensively considered,and the game elements and game behaviors of the three interest subjects are analyzed.After all kinds of end user oriented to the power supply ability,electricity cost,power quality,such as the differentiation of reliability requirements,combined with the reliability of the distribution of various types of end user electricity price differences,three of their respective interests subject planning decision model is established,with three party interests subject of optimal strategy as the goal,set up and the end user differentiated reliability requirements of collaborative planning model of the distribution network.Finally,in introducing chaos searching of particle swarm optimization(pso),based on the source of the distribution network load forecasting data,using the iterative search method and chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm for solving the distribution network planning model,finally obtained considering the end user differentiated reliability requirements of collaborative planning,distribution network simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
