In recent years, prefabricated construction has become research focus in the construction industry, which conforms to the requirements of China's green development and is the direction of the reform and transformation of China's construction industry and its development has been paid more and more attention by the state. The prefabricated components are produced, processed and maintained in the factory and transported to the construction site for splicing and assembly, which accelerates the construction process and improves the construction efficiency.Compared with traditional construction, prefabricated construction have the advantages of high level of industrialization, less wet work on site, resource saving, etc.,besides,it can relieve the pressure of the demands of construction workers caused by the aging population. There is still a big gap between China's prefabricated construction and the developed countries with better construction development, the higher cost is always an important factor impeding its development. The construction stage occupies largest proportion of resource consumption and cost.In this paper, the cost influencing factors in construction stage are mainly studied to provide reference for cost control of prefabricated building.Firstly, the prefabricated construction is analyzed from four aspects, that is,political environment(P),economic environment(E),social environment(S)and technical environment(T).Comparing the cost of prefabricated construction and cast-in-place construction through consulting materials and literature, the construction of prefabricated construction is divided into three stages, namely, component production, component transportation and stacking and component installation, the cost content of the three construction stages is determined respectively.Based on the5M1 E theory, cost influencing factors are collected from six aspects, personnel(M),materials(M),machinery(M),methods(M),measurement(M)and environment(E).Secondly, the relationship between the three major cost influencing factors in the construction stage is analyzed and the surface, core and source factors in each stage are determined by using the ISM principle in this paper, which lays a foundation for the weight analysis of cost influencing factors. Finally, design and questionnaires to the experts, and then objectively analyses with the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)according to the results of the questionnaire to obtain cost factors that affect the objective weight. On the basis of obtaining the objective weight, the entropy weight method is used to analyze the subjective weight of the actual cases, and the corresponding measures are put forward for the production stage, transportation and stacking stage and installation stage of components according to the results, which provides a reference for the research on the cost factors of prefabricated construction.
