| Product discharge system is the key unit in the plants which using UNIPOL gas phase process,and its running state directly restricts the long period operation of the plants.Although the planned maintenance mode reduces the number of stops of PDS system and the failure rate of equipment like discharge valve,it is easy to cause excessive maintenance by using the planned maintenance mode,which will not only increase the loss of equipment parts,but also directly affect the production efficiency.In this thesis,the discharge valve of PDS system are taken as the main research object,the function,fault type,fault cause and fault impact of PDS system are used by reliability centered maintenance analysis method,the risk level of discharge valve are divided by failure mode and effect analysis method,and the inspection and maintenance model based on the minimum reliability of equipment and spare parts are established.Combined with the actual situation,the management system of Q workshop of L company is perfected and optimized.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Combined with the failure frequency of discharge valves in the PDS system and the corresponding consequences after failure,the risk assessment of various equipment in the PDS system is carried out,and it is concluded that the risk degree of A valve,B valve,E valve,G valve and J valve is high in the operation of the whole PDS system and needs special attention,which lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of inspection and maintenance model.(2)In view of the current inspection and maintenance strategy of PDS system,as well as the problems existing in spare parts reserve and procurement of PDS system,the deficiencies in the maintenance and management of the release valve of L Company’s PDS system are analyzed.The optimization measures of PDS system management system,such as archiving overhaul data,strengthening inspection and maintenance management,improving staff business level,refining system spare parts reserve and optimizing system and process operation are put forward.(3)Combined with the actual operation of the PDS system,the Weibull distribution model of reciprocating parts of the actuator is established,the historical maintenance records are reviewed,the minimum reliability of the discharge valve actuator is determined,and the basis for the replacement of the discharge valve parts of the PDS system is given,which laid a theoretical foundation for the predictive maintenance of the PDS system.(4)The optimal maintenance cycle of the actuator is determined,and the cost saved by the inspection and maintenance optimization model is calculated from the aspects of avoiding overmaintenance,optimizing spare parts selection,reducing process cost and so on. |
