Study On Evaluation And Renewal Of Rural Visual Landscape

Jingzhou City is one of the famous historical and cultural cities in China,with unique natural resources and cultural landscapes.In recent years,Balingshan Town has closely focused on the development orientation of "Jingzhou City Back Garden" and the development idea of "building a famous cultural and tourism town,building an ecological and livable Baling",actively connecting with the overall tourism planning of Jingzhou District,and vigorously developing the rural tourism industry.However,due to the lack of scientific landscape planning and design,there are some problems in the rural landscape of Balingshan Town that require further in-depth research.This article will take the rural landscape of Balingshan Town as the research object to explore the evaluation and renewal strategies of rural landscape in Balingshan Town.Firstly,through consulting literature,sorting out relevant research results at home and abroad,and conducting field research and analysis on three typical villages in Balingshan Town,Jingzhou City.On this basis,a detailed collation and analysis of the rural landscape elements,including natural elements,human material elements,non material cultural elements,etc.,in order to initially grasp the development and current situation of these villages.Secondly,based on preliminary research and the visual experience of experts in the fields of environmental design,urban and rural planning,select indicator factors that can represent the characteristics of the regional rural landscape,and combine domestic rural landscape evaluation factors to screen out all evaluation factors that can comprehensively cover the landscape in the area,thereby establishing a visual evaluation system for the rural landscape in Balingshan Town and corresponding scoring standards.Finally,taking Zhujialing Village,a town of Balingshan,as the empirical research object,the rural landscape evaluation system proposed in this article is verified in practice to verify the feasibility of the evaluation system.Through a questionnaire survey,the rural landscape evaluation of Zhujialing Village was conducted in the form of "online+offline",and the evaluation results were analyzed based on the evaluation factors of each element.Aiming at the existing problems in the village,corresponding landscape update strategies were proposed,providing reference and reference for rural landscape planning and design and rural landscape evaluation in Jingzhou City.
