With the emergence of cultural consumption,people’s attention to consumption has also shifted from material demand to a higher level of spiritual culture.Meanwhile,cultural and creative blocks,as the spatial carrier of cultural and creative industries,have been supported by the government and policies,and their construction scale is constantly expanding.However,many cultural creative blocks constructed in the early stage not only lack connotation,but also lack of in-depth development in the subsequent renovation,which makes the current situation of the blocks depressed and vitality lost.Therefore,it is urgent to develop their cultural connotation.Based on the perspective of cultural consumption,this paper conducts the post-use evaluation research of the hidden city blocks in Hefei,and updates and transforms the blocks according to the spatial needs and behavior modes of different user groups,in order to provide certain reference for the construction and management of cultural and creative blocks in the future.First,to analyze the changes of demand and space in the era of consumption,and to study the concept of cultural consumption,cultural and creative blocks,post-use evaluation,related theories and development status and trend;Secondly,based on the relevant theory of cultural consumption,we carry out field research on the blocks hidden in the city,and analyze the development status of the blocks from the behavior characteristics of the people,the commercial form of the block and the material space environment;after use evaluation,cultural creative blocks,on the basis of literature reading and experts discuss index selection and optimization,established a set of comprehensive evaluation system,including traffic conditions,external space environment,functional formats,cultural creative atmosphere,supporting facilities five index layer,and adopt the AHP method to determine index weight,and then the questionnaire data collection and processing,form a complete evaluation system;Then,the results of the post-use evaluation were analyzed,mainly for the behavioral observation records and semi-structured interviews with the users of the blocks,to analyze the differences in the basic characteristics and demographic variables;from the perspective of user satisfaction,analyze the correlation between the dimensions of satisfaction,and find out the advantages and disadvantages of the items corresponding to the satisfaction index;through the analysis of the evaluation results and behavior mode,the current block space needs to be reformed;Finally,based on the present situation research and evaluation results of the problems existing in the city block optimization strategy,with hidden in the city case and cultural creative blocks,from the traffic management guidance,structure adjustment,space organization,the overall atmosphere,public service facilities,the government organization guide six aspects on the future development of blocks,in order to provide for the future cultural creative block construction and management decision basis.In general,the article based on the perspective of cultural consumption hidden in the city block development status quo,using the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation method,put forward the block space update strategy,the purpose is to make hidden in the city of the city’s cultural development recognition and inheritance,make creative culture and street culture synchronous drive,also make the tourist consumption experience and residents’ daily life effectively improved,form a healthy and sustainable cultural consumption space,really shape a can show Hefei cultural characteristics,revitalize the regional dynamic blocks.Figure [30] table [46] reference [86]...
