Research On The Coupling And Coordination Between New Urbanization And High-quality Development Of Construction Industry In Anhui Province

In 2021,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued a statement on promoting quality development in the central region in the new era,emphasising the overall significance of promoting quality development in the central region.Anhui Province belongs to the central region and has seen accelerated urbanisation in recent years.In the context of high-quality development,the construction of towns and cities is gradually changing from the traditional pursuit of population numbers and scale expansion to a focus on quality and connotation.As the backbone of new urbanisation,the construction industry is also responding positively to the national trend of promoting high-quality development,thereby ensuring that new urbanisation construction is more environmentally friendly and efficient.However,the high-quality development of the construction industry in Anhui Province is still in its infancy,and problems such as over-dependence on resources and low productivity still exist,hindering the construction of a new type of urbanisation in Anhui Province.As a frontier of high-quality development in the central region,how to coordinate the development of new urbanisation and high-quality construction in Anhui Province is an urgent issue to be resolved.Firstly,on the basis of combing the literature on new urbanisation and high level development of the construction industry,a system of indicators for new urbanisation and high-quality development of the construction industry is constructed,aiming to study the coordinated development of both in the past.Secondly,by virtue of the entropy power method,the coupled coordination model,a comparative analysis of the overall level and coordination of the high-level development of new urbanisation and the construction industry in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2020 is carried out in terms of time and space respectively,based on the six central provinces.Finally,grey correlation analysis and grey forecasting methods are used to identify the driving factors for the coordinated development of new urbanisation and the construction industry in Anhui Province,forecast the trend of coordinated development from 2021 to 2025,and make recommendations for countermeasures.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)From 2011 to 2020,the development trend of new urbanization in Anhui Province is basically the same as that of the other five central provinces,showing a steady increase,and the future development situation is relatively optimistic;although the level of high-quality development of the construction industry has shown a wave-like increase,it is still poor compared to the leading central provinces,and the development speed is not fast enough.(2)During the study period,the coupling coordination level of new urbanization and high-quality development of construction industry in Anhui province is in a medium position in the central region,which has experienced four stages of almost disharmony,barely coordination,primary coordination and medium coordination.Currently,the high-quality development of construction industry lags behind the new-type urbanization.(3)The factors affecting the degree of coordination between the two systems are mainly space,environment and population in terms of new-type urbanisation,and efficiency,degree of open coordination and scale in terms of construction industry development.(4)By 2025,the degree of coordination between Anhui’s new urbanisation and the development of the construction industry will have reached a stage of excellent coordination,and there is still greater potential for coordinated development in the future.Figure[12] table[16] reference[64]...
