Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the economy of Jilin Province has made great achievements.The role of the construction industry as a pillar industry is irreplaceable.For the moment,my country's economy is changing from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development,and promoting high-quality development of the industry has become a key content.Jilin Province is located in the northeast and its development is relatively backward.The construction industry has problems such as small scale of development,weak corporate competitiveness,obstacles to going out,and insufficient innovation capabilities.How to upgrade and transform the construction industry and achieve high-quality development has become a problem.This paper analyzes the existing studies of experts and scholars at home and abroad,based on economic growth theory and innovation-driven theory,combined with experts and scholars' understanding of the high-quality development of the construction industry from different levels,and refers to the high-quality development indicator system of other industries and ten The requirements for high-quality indicators of the construction industry in the Fourth Five-Year Plan are to establish a high-quality evaluation index system for the construction industry including 7 criterion levels and 25 specific indicators,and establish an entropy weight TOPSIS model and an obstacle degree model,from the horizontal space axis and the vertical time Axis calculations show that the high-quality development of the construction industry in Jilin Province is at a general level,and obstacles are more concentrated in the standard level of innovative development,open development and coordinated development.According to the high-quality development status,obstacles,and existing problems of the construction industry in Jilin Province,it is proposed to strengthen innovation,encourage mergers and reorganizations,adhere to the strategy of going out and strengthen the construction of talent teams from the construction industry enterprise level,so as to enable the high-quality development of the construction industry in Jilin Province The improvement and optimization can be more concentrated and targeted,and hope to bring reference value for the high-quality development of the construction industry in our province.
