| With the increasing number of special-shaped bridges, their construction has become more complex, and traditional two-dimensional design can no longer meet the design needs of modern bridges, and the emergence of BIM modeling software has solved this problem.Based on BIM technology, this paper studies the parametric design of each component model of the bridge based on a cable-stayed bridge, and uses the Dynamo platform to automatically assemble the component model of the bridge,so as to reduce manual duplication of labor and further improve the modeling efficiency of the bridge. In addition,in view of the difficulty of finite element software modeling, this paper also uses Revit API to develop it twice, and establishes the interactive interface between Revit software and finite element software to achieve the effect of "multi-use" BIM parametric model.(1)The advantages and disadvantages of three common BIM platforms in China were analyzed and compared, and finally Revit software with strong applicability, high open source degree and low learning cost was selected as the modeling software for this paper.By choosing the right BIM platform, engineers and construction professionals can achieve greater efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration in their work.(2)Taking a cable-stayed bridge as the engineering background, the components of the substructure and superstructure of the bridge are classified according to the principle of "WBS",and parametric modeling is carried out according to different structural characteristics. The whole idea of "batch family building" is put forward, which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of modeling and lays the foundation for the automatic assembly of bridge models on Dynamo platform.(3)Based on the established parametric model of cable-stayed bridge, with the help of Dynamo visual programming platform, the automatic assembly program of cable-stayed bridge is written, which realizes the automatic and rapid assembly of cable-stayed bridge, and the accuracy of the model is verified by the collision detection and analysis of the assembled model, which can provide reference for the procedural design of other bridge BIM models.(4)By analyzing the modeling and secondary development of cable-stayed bridges,a model conversion program based on Revit and ANSYS software was developed, and by analyzing the data of BIM model and ANSYS model, the results showed that the error was within 10%,which verified the accuracy of the program and provided a new way for the efficient integration of BIM and bridge structure analysis. This study can provide reference for the forward design of bridges and the deep combination of bridge engineering and BIM technology, and also provide a feasible idea for the mutual conversion of BIM model and finite element model. |
