Research And Development Of Farm Transport Vehicle Carriage Parametric Design System Based On PRO/E

In an increasingly competitive market environment,our country small and medium-sized enterprises on one hand,need to improve the quality and variety of products to meet changing market demand,On the other hand,they need to improve design efficiency to shorten the product design and development cycle.In this case, to shorten product design and development cycle as the goal of CAD parametric design has become one of the effective means of the small and medium-sized enterprises to improve market competitiveness.This paper adopts the modern CAD parametric design technology and secondary development technology,studying on the parametric design system developed for typical agricultural mechanical products.At the same time,taking low-speed truck carriage of Guangxi Qinzhou LiShun company’agricultural machinery products as the application object,based on the platform of Pro/ENGINEER,then developed carriage parametric design CAD system which based on Pro/Toolkit secondary development technology.This paper first discusses the current situation of CAD application in China and the progress of research on the key technology of the systerm development. With the function analysis of the system, determined the overall design scheme of the system. Secondly, study the parametric design and Pro/E secondary development, database management, and other key technologies.Besides,the paper described the system’selection of development tools and database management and database access as well as Pro/Toolkit secondary Development technology and so on. Finally,supported by Pro/ENGINEER5.0platform,used visual Studio2008as the development tool,combined with the Access2003database,detailed realization process of every module in the system,and proves the practicability of the system with examples.This topic development of carriage parametric design system can significantly improve the design efficiency,and it has a certain significance to promote small and medium-sized agricultural machinery enterprise’s automation.Paper mainly completed the following work:(1) With parametric design method based on features,to build carriage three-dimensional parametric model library under the environment of Pro/E.(2) Study on the Interface Technology of Pro/Toolkit secondary Development,utilizing the MFC visualized dialogue frame technology,design system application and user interface system in the application in VS2008.(3) Study on the ADO database access technology,using Access to establish the carriage parts database module.(4) Deepening designed on the system,study on the automatic production engineering drawings technology and B.O.M bill of material generation technology.
