China's construction industry has a broad market,but for a long time there are problems such as low production efficiency and information loss.In recent years,the application of BIM Technology has brought revolutionary changes to the construction industry,and has made great progress in the application of BIM Technology in the construction field of our country.However,at present,there are still technical bottlenecks in the application of BIM Technology to solve construction problems,and the existing software with relevant functions is not perfect.If the BIM Technology is studied in depth,the software can be fully developed and utilized function,improve design efficiency.Through the application of Revit family and secondary development technology,the parametric modeling method was proposed for the components such as beams,columns and joints in reinforced concrete frame structure,and the problems such as reinforcement collision were solved through in-depth design,finally,it was verified and applied with engineering examples.The main work and results in the whole research process are as follows :First of all,based on the introduction and summary of the basic theory of BIM Technology and BIM software,selected Revit as the modeling software in this study,Revit core modeling software used the method of Revit family to carry out the parametric design of building components and structural components in reinforced concrete frame structure with reference to the building code,including the geometric parametric examples of beams,columns and complex beam-column joints,such as their sizes,relative position,etc.;the parametric reinforcement,such as the diameter,spacing,etc.Based on the multi-dimensional parametric relationship of joints,the nested model of joints family was formed by the mutual restriction of dimension parameters,and the parametric family library of some typical joints was established;Secondly,on the basis of parametric design,the joints were designed in depth.The dynamo technology in the secondary development of Revit was used to import all the parameters in the component into the Excel table,and realized the control of the model in the Excel table,so as to facilitate the modification of the model;for the reinforcement arrangement of complex joints,the method of visual arrangement of reinforcement at joints and visual avoidance was proposed,so as to effectively avoid the problem of reinforcement collision;for each type of joints,the three-dimensional view optimization was proposed.The interactive design method of joints 3D drawing,joints plane drawing and section drawing was studied to realize the linkage design of three views;Finally,based on the secondary development process of Revit,the secondary development of Revit software was studied,Through Revit,in the way of API external command,C# program was used to identify the type of beam column joints in the building model,automatically extracted the corresponding family components in the family library,automatically placed the family according to the position coordinates,realized the automatic reinforcement of the joints,and proposed the principle of automatic reinforcement of beam and column,realized the complete automatic reinforcement of the frame structure,through the creation and response of BIM information model in a project instance,it was verified that the BIM model created by the modeling method meets the accuracy requirements of engineering application.
