| According to "Intelligent Low Voltage Fault Impact Bidding and Procurement Standards: General technical specifications and Special technical specifications" provided by State Grid Corporation,a project describes developed intelligent terminal products,and successfully completed research and development,joint debugging testing and small batch case production of fault impact products using advanced embedded software and hardware design concepts,Analog front-end position circuit design technology,mature color protection standards,and widely used in Internet of Things technology.In this project,the terminal sensing detection unit of the intelligent layer of intelligent Io T systems is selected as the solution design and development materials.The detection unit needs to be flexibly installed with low-voltage outlet,control side,function side and other lines in intelligent station areas to understand the functions of AC electrical load collection and data processing,control fault detection and positioning,information collection and communication front,and seamless transition of key and base power supply.According to "Intelligent Low voltage fault impact Bidding and Procurement Standards: General technical specifications and Special technical specifications" provided by State Grid Corporation,a project describes developed sensing together,and successfully completed research and development,joint debugging testing and small batch case production of detection unit products using advanced software and hardware design concepts,Analog front-end position circuit design technology,mature color protection standards,and widely used in Internet of Things technology.First,the hardware design of intelligent low-voltage detection unit is carried out.The main functions include demand analysis of the performance of different indicators of the detection unit,selection of components,preparation of schematics,and the design of hardware circuit board PCB.Secondly,the software of intelligent low-voltage detection unit is designed.On the basis of analyzing the overall structure of the system,implementation methods and key technologies of each functional module,as well as the program flow chart and function development process of each module,are elaborated in detail,in order to understand the availability of dynamic parameter data,fault detection purposes,load and dynamic quality monitoring,and data communication.Finally,the test system of the detection unit is introduced,and advanced computer software built and developed based on VS2015+QT5.8 development environment is introduced,and key technologies and tricks such as hardware design of the opening loop,backup power supply life time,and fault detection is tested and verified.The test shows that the intelligent low-voltage detection unit made by a project has flexible installation,perfect operation,strong anti-interference power,high reliability,good cost performance,meets the performance definition,meets the performance indicators listed in the bidding document,and is currently at the stage of small batch production.The test shows that the intelligent low-voltage detection unit made by a project has flexible installation,perfect operation,strong anti-interference power,high reliability,good cost performance,meets the performance definition,meets the performance indicators listed in the bidding document,and is currently at the stage of small batch production. |
