In the 21 st century,the construction industry has been developing vigorously.On the one hand,it has promoted the development of the national economy,on the other hand,it has caused various problems of high energy consumption and high pollution.Therefore,in order to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry,we must do a good job in reform and innovation,and the development of green environmental protection assembly building is an important path to achieve the above goals.With the mature development of the industrial construction industry,the future construction industry will embark on the road of industrial chain integration.We can predict that this is also the result of the transformation and development of the construction industry forced by the times.Therefore,this paper selects the modern construction industry as the research object,deeply analyzes its industrial chain integration research.Compared with western countries,China’s construction industry is still in the development stage,and the research on the integration of construction industry chain is rare.The research on industrial chain integration of construction Industrial Park is even more blank.The author chooses the industrial chain integration of construction industry park as the research direction,synthesizes various research methods,and supplements the research content for the research of assembly construction industry chain integration in China,It also provides a reference template for the construction,planning and innovative development of other similar construction industrial parks.This paper uses the literature method,investigation method,empirical method and other research methods to carry out qualitative and quantitative research.First of all,this paper retrieved the research materials of domestic and foreign scholars on this topic,analyzed the construction theory and industrial chain theory,discussed the characteristics of construction industry chain,and concluded that prefabricated building is one of the development models of construction industry chain.Secondly,the paper summarizes the industrial chain integration system of prefabricated building industrial park by interview and induction,and summarizes the characteristics of the system,and summarizes the three-dimensional analysis of the whole process of the industrial chain integration according to SCP paradigm.Finally,the case method is used to supplement the theoretical research content,and the case of Wuhan prefabricated construction Industrial Park industrial chain integration is introduced.The content,characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of industrial chain integration are summarized and analyzed from three aspects of physics,reason and human management,and the effect of industrial chain integration is analyzed dialectically,so as to draw the research conclusion.
