Research On Industrial Chain Integration Of Assembly Building Industrial Park

The vigorous development of the construction industry has brought about the problems of high energy consumption and environmental pollution.It needs reform and innovation to achieve sustainable development.Assembled buildings with energy-saving and environmental protection advantages are one of the effective ways to achieve its development.At the same time,with the deepening of China's industrialization,the integration of the industrial chain of the construction industry has become an inevitable trend.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the integration of assembly construction industry chain.However,at present,China's assembly construction industry is not mature enough.There are few studies on the integration of the assembly construction industry chain,and even less on the integration of the assembly construction industry park industry chain.In view of this,this paper carries out in-depth research on the integration of the industrial chain of the assembly building industrial park,in order to supplement the deficiencies of the existing theory of the integration of the assembly building industrial chain in our country,and at the same time,it can provide some reference and reference for the construction and planning of similar assembly building industrial park in our country.Based on the theory of assembly building and industrial chain,this paper analyses the characteristics of the integration of assembly building and industrial chain,and draws the conclusion that the integration of industrial chain is an important trend of the development of assembly building industry chain in China.On this basis,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the industrial chain integration behavior of assembly building industrial parks by means of interviews and inductive summing-up methods,summarizes the main characteristics of the industrial chain integration of assembly building industrial parks,and puts forward the assembly-oriented architecture based on the methodology of "Shili" and "Renli"(WSR).Three-dimensional analysis of the whole process of industrial chain integration in industrial parks.Finally,the case analysis method is used to analyze the industrial chain integration case of a representative assembly building industrial park A under construction in a certain area of China.The specific content of the industrial chain integration of assembly building industrial park based on physical,rational and human perspective is put forward,and the effect of the industrial chain integration is analyzed.
